Terribly Demonstrating Mandricardo's Skill 2 Power Up (It's 1 turn instead of 1 hit now)

It's now 1 turn instead of 1 hit so it's now a true last resort skill instead of a dead button. Second skill also dispels any non-box defense buffs from the enemy so barring gimmick defenses, Mandricardo will kill if properly set up. I'm just happy his second skill is something I can press now.
