oh yes indeed. Nature is that truth connection. Ironically I'm based in NYC - but all the while my heart is in nature and I do make a point of immersing myself in it as often as possible. Thank you for this great reminder.

    Yes! Nature for sure!
Thanks so much for this information and confirmation. Looking forward to the Challenge, many thanks for that too.
Urban Hermit I am (born in Manhattan, now holding down Brooklyn), I seriously joke that I've developed better relationships with the Trees than with people right now, and I'm quite alright with that.
I adore the Trees! And I've loved our Moon since I was a child, the most consistently inconsistent thing in my young life. So much love, I wrote a little ode to my Moon, which the family of origin sang, to my delight.
For Water, there's a small River I stared at for years from an overpass, enjoying that spot of random nature in the cityscape. Until one day recently I wanted to see the water up close. And sure enough, steps away around a building, there's a whole area to commune with the River's ebb and flow.
So thankful am I for that new spot and for my most favorite Tree nearby, one that's part of my healing history.
So glad the Science is in on all this natural goodness, besides the fact that being in nature simply works.
I've found, the more I am in nature, the less strange it feels to be so healed and to feel so held by Ma Nature.
Please enjoy and respect this beautiful, life-giving Earth, All!

Thank you for the information about grounding. I absolutely love nature. I love the beaches especially, I call myself a Beach Bum...lol I love to put my feet in the sand and the water. I also love walking on fresh green grass...lol, I use to take a book and sit by a tree to read my books when I was younger. I haven't done much of this lately because life tends to happen but it's a great reminder to get back to nature. Thank you, Lisa, 🥰

I love nature: I take pictures of landscapes and birds. My patio is open to the outside, I have many plants that attract butterflies, I sit drinking tea and watch them sometimes seeing to be mesmerized by their movements. In the evening I see some of the most beautiful sunsets It’s soooo! peaceful and soothing. Water is relaxing to me. During my college years I would fine a body of water to sit and do my work. Lastly I look for rainbows, every time I see one it’s special to me because GOD is giving me a great big beautiful and colorful SMILE. Thanks for all that you do for others.

I never knew how much I loved nature! Of course I always thanked the creature for it! But I never realized how much the sun made me feel vibrant and happy until it wasn't there one day and my mood was mirroring outside; which was gloomy!! ❤❤❤ from then on, i saw the pattern and immediately knew what was missing when the sun wasn't shining!!😊

I've been waiting for the longest to finally listen to a video like this not something that necessarily is telling us how to make money how to hustle bubble but some self-care. Lisa I know you're about that bag and I love that about you can you start making more videos that tell us like your beauty secrets or your health Secrets or about health and nature and how to change your skin or how to nourish your hair or the benefits of sun gazing and sunbathing.

I love the outdoors/anywhere there is water. This has encouraged me to get outdoors intentionally more. I am Setting goal to get out in nature at least once a day for 30 minutes starting tomorrow. Again thanks for your authenticity.

I am a lover of Nature and I have made it must that I feed my soul what it loves. Birds 🐦 singing, trees dancing in the wind, green fresh grass, luscious fruit trees and vegetation, mistic blue ocean breeze...... I love every bit of it. Grounding is one of the many things I do. I once did that grounding connection and opened my energy to nature and asked for what I wanted and it came to me. I am writing a book about that story. Thank you for this Lisa. It was such an honor seeing you a couple weeks ago. Thank you for all you do. ❤️ P.S .. THAT LEMON DROP WAS THE BEST! 🤣Hint Hint 🙂

Hello. I pray this message finds you in good spirits. Yes I’m listening to this five months after the original post. I love being outdoors and being in the sun. But even in Texas, sun exposure is not enough. With melanin and clothing it is very unlikely that a person would get enough Vitamin D. I’m a practicing endocrinologist and typically if I check the vitamin D of any person not on a supplement it is low. So I would suggest that if you choose not to supplement, make sure that you have your level checked at least every six months.
Also thank you for explaining why it took me no time to adjust to being in Bali (I spent the first few hours in the ocean waiting for the hotel room to be ready) but it took me almost two weeks to get back adjusted to being back here in Texas (hit the ground running…back to work 🙄…I made no time for grounding). I plan to make grounding a part of my travel practice.
    Thank you.

I miss being in Florida. I went to the beach all the time or at least to 1 of the beautiful waterfronts. I'm back home in NC now. I just go sit out in the sun sometimes. The grass in my yard so brown and a lot of dirt. I wonder if that affects the energy if you walk on it versus plush green grass.
