That Hjalmarsson goal should have counted. Change my mind.
I won't change your mind. If that ref intended to call penalties on both Saad and Quincey before that goal happened, that ref should have blew the whistle then and there instead of waiting until after the goal happened to call the play dead.
If the Hawks actually lost because of that amount of controversy would be insane
I was 100% positive we were going to lose after that happened.
I could not believe what I was seeing. That call was absolutely pathetic, and that Ref knew it.
Thank goodness for the resolve of this team...

It’s doesn’t matter if he blew the whistle before of after the goal was scored. It’s all about his intent of blowing the whistle.

Had my boys with me while we watched this game out at Chelio's bar and grille in the burbs. The crowd was absolutely insane. One of the best, if not the best sporting moment of my lifetime. What a game.

@@Glenge- they were good for 20+ years because of no salary cap. I don’t know why people fail to realize that. They could play their future HOFs enough and still add role players. The Hawks couldnt

Wait what??? There were many arguing Chicago won this series despite bad officiating. Youre the first I've ever heard say Detroit lost because of officials. Considering Chicago had a total of 4 goals wrongfully waived off this series I'm not even sure how can come to that conclusion either.
