    Thanks for taking the hook out of my finger 🤣 Best day of pompano fishing of my life!

    • @eugeneweeks3325
      @eugeneweeks3325 9 месяцев назад

      I usually push the hook through then either flatten the barb or cut the hook tip off. Once that’s done the hook slides right out. The snatch method is equally effective but a little more painful IMO.

    I love the idea of an episode with the “ two anglers framed fishing” silhouetted talking the whole time only adjusting when they catch zooming in to see the fish then back to it back to their convo

    I actually gave up Saltwater fishing in Pinellas, fishing is for all to enjoy but it has to be the most pressured area in the whole State.

    A very good beach fishing spot with a clear and clean beach, fun and exciting when two anglers are having a strike party with full strike pomfret fish. I like your videos and support my friend's channel. Great 🤝🎣🐟👍🤙

God I miss my old friends riding bicycles going fishing all day no cellphones to call mom she knew where we were....lol 🤣

    I had to skip through the dehooking incident because it brought back memories of the time I had a ladyfish jump in my kayak with and got a treble hook from the topwater I’d been throwing through my shirt, in and back out of my arm, and back through the shirt. It wasn’t fun. Thankfully the barb had come all the way back out so I was able to just cut it off with a big set of wire cutters eventually when I got home. From that point in I ALWAYS bring that set of cutters with me fishing

    • @Thonny
      @Thonny  8 месяцев назад

      I got stuck too trying to unhook a ladyfish back in 2014! Luckily the barb didn’t go in. Those ladyfish are no joke man they’ll thrash like crazy sometimes.

      I have the same feeling as well. But i think it depends on where you catch them due to what they eat. The ones i caught inside the bay taste a stronger fishy taste while those i catch from the south west fl beach are bigger and taste way better. I still find them overrated tbh
