Hi Komal Di ! Just gonna start my CGM journey... I'm just 20 and experiencing hair loss....feel my scalp oily just after another day of wash.... But my hair feel dry and frizzy at the ends.... I really can't understand the cause and remedy for such combo....

I got introduced to CG from your 1st video. I liked the way you explained however it is not as simple as you nicely explained. I’m doing lot of trial and error but still didn’t find a holy grail method or products. I sometimes feel like giving up but this video is motivating me again. Will try hard again.
Aww yes there is alot of things we need to try to get to know our hair but I feel it's just a way of getting to know your hair more and it's benefitial in the long run!

Hey Komal. Lovely video. I have curly hairs and very light one with a bad hair fall. You have explained things nicely and will try to buy the products you have mentioned. However have few more questions. To start with. 1. When should we wash hairs. Like what should be the frequency of using shampoo. 2. And same for conditioner process. What should be the frequency for the whole process. 3. Should the conditioner and leave in conditions and gel should be used on scalp too or only on length. Looking forward to your reply.

But after seeing this vedio I came to know that first we need to remove all the build up. Hi Komal, thanks for sharing your videos. I recently started the curly girl routine by switching to sulfur-silicon-paraben free shampooing regime. Unfortunately, I am expiring excessive-excessive hair since the start! Maximum hair happens when I comb post-wash air-dried hair. I am very nervous. Please help.

Your video has very good information. Thanks for making such videos. I've always had curly hair and now at 40 I've learned that my hair type is called type 2. It's in between type 2b and 2c. I've been dry combing my hair for years and blow drying. But now I want to see my hair in its original form. Can the steps you showed in the video, help me get what I'm hoping for?

Hey Komal! The clarification step which mentions to be done with a sulphate shampoo , does it later on has to be replaced with a non sulphate /paraben /silicone free shampoo? Would be great if you could help out with this.
