Jeff is such a NICE man! A few years back, I got to meet him and spend a little time with him near his table at Walker Stalker Con in Atlanta. I was a volunteer and he was one of the few actors who handled his fans by himself, no “handler.” I loved meeting him. He was a pleasant surprise.
The hostage scenes with Jeff Kober and Genie Francis were scary powerful. It was amazing watching those two powerhouses go at it. I felt Cyrus' pain of not having won his sister's love and Laura's pain of not being able to love him, yet wishing she could find just one thing in him to love.
I have loved Jeff Kobar since his days as Dodger on China Beach!! He is such a wonderful actor and truly a sweet person in real life!! I can’t wait to see him in more stuff.
Jeff is a great actor. I think it would have been awesome to have more sonny/cyrus scenes bc they feed off of each other well. Hopefully he can be redeemed but who knows. Also, Bradford…you are looking good. Are you keeping up with Steve’s workout plan??
I loathed Cyrus! Jeff is so amazing as a Baddie & I hope we see him again soon. This is a great episode with lots of cool behind the scenes talk. Steve, thank you for pointing out to us fans that the soap actors don't always know where a story/ark is headed when they perform a scene. Question... Do you guys get to give input/opinions/ideas to the writers?
I've heard that the actors do occasionally give input to the writers regarding the direction of the storylines. Sometimes the writers are receptive, while other times it backfires on the actors.
Yes, bring him back as Laura’s big brother protector and works with the CPD to help them clean up the rest of the crime leaders in the area. That would put an earthquake move on GH. Heck yeah!
Bring Jeff back as his twin brother who was instrumental in the entire history with Jordan, Taggart and that entire botched attempt to get Cyrus in convicted. SO much to play with there.
That would be maybe one too many crazy twin character lines being played out, I think. BUT,… Ryan is going to be stirring up a lot of trouble again and if he FINALLY gets KILLED off,…. There’s his opening for this scenario.
When Jeff Kober started talking about his idea of Cyrus becoming a changed man of God, I thought of the character Manny. Do you guys remember him? The "bad guy" who I think had a neck tattoo(s). Didn't he later reappear as a priest or something? And everyone was suspicious that it was just an act? I think his character got killed off?
Jeff Kobe’s is awesome and still good looking as heck. Loved his role on TWD, but man what a nasty character he got stuck with. I’de like to see Him play a hard ass but for a really good reason. Don’t see him playing a whimpy guy at all, just not Jeff. ❤️👍🏼😉
