Same happens with sellers too dear. Customer openly stealing products and getting refunds. Don't assume it's seller biased.

I’m a seller on Amazon and a seller who wants to do business in the long run will never do these stupid things . Let me tell you why … on Amazon my listings are ranked based on customer’s feedbacks . Let’s say If I’ve sent different items and customers rate me 1 star ⭐️ review , eventually my listing will go to the bottom . Also in every returns Amazon throws penalty to the sellers . But honestly speaking as a seller we are tired of Fake returns by customers . Even yesterday, I sent a QC passed item to the customer and the customer kept the item with him and returned me a water bottle .

I have ordered a realme pad tablet in summer sale last week worth Rs 11999. But received a old damaged mobile phone. But i haven't panicked but trusted amazon and raised a ' wrong item received ' support case. They told they will investigate and updated me after few days. But when i called them after the given time, they told they are not able to provide any further support regarding this order. I felt worst and regreted because one of my friend experienced same thing and adviced me to order from Flipkart, but i didn't listen to him and ordered from Amazon itself as i am old customer and having so much of trust on amazon. But in the end i have left with no resolution from this company. So please i request whoever is reading this review to stop ordering from amazon. Believe me Flipkart is so much better from Amazon. Because they have this open box delivery concept. So no chance of happening frauds.
