Yes dude, the more shredded you are the less energy you'll have. Because fat is basically stored energy all fitness youtuber loose it all just to look "shredded".
They have great concepts but as a mixed martial artist I can tell youthat they could use work on their application in regards to step work. Fluidity of movement and positioning would greatly assist this style because it is very effective even as they apply it
Brother you are very lucky to have a father who is a kalari expart... I think thats why you are soooo good in kalari and karate... ( auntie ka dialogue best tha... 😁😁😁 )
You are doing a precious work of both rediscover and rehearsal of your art, which movements clearly show the paternity from Malabar and Tamil to Thai Burma Cambodia arts. Very very clear. Keep going
This is the first time I am seeing Kalari CQC moves. Most Kalari videos represent the art in a way that it looks like some acrobatic dance which would be very much obsolete in hostile environment and practical self defense. I thank you for bringing about the videos proving Kalari is not some showoff martial art it is a military art heavily focused on combat and tactics.
Dear ! Sensei , firstly Pranam to Your Respected Mom n Dad . Your parents are very encouraging . You are awesome Person who is full of Passion n Enthusiasm and teaching n learning Spirit . God bless You n Your Lovely Parents . - Goa ❤️ .
Excellent elbow stuff. Good foot work . I study Kali for many years. Thats why I can understand this. I can build on what they showed. Great instruction.

Sir ...namste ...We really proud of you both keep alive indian art kalari martial art which is Root's of all martial art You and your father .. done good job We enjoying video and learning a lot this Indian technics thanks.... From maharashtra
Such a great explanation for a traditional martial art. Please make more practical content about Kalaripayat because nowadays it is becomes more underestimated, many people think it only focuses on art rather than combat aspect.
*Awesome 🔥🔥🔥 **7:39** The Mohammad Ali Shuffle* ... 😀 Wow! Ali's Shuffle was inferior to this as Ali didn't use it for lateral or forward movement.... just to show-off. *Kalaripayttu rocks* 👍👍👍
There are lot of Kalarippayattu styles in kerala. Basically central kerala style is based on these type of 'Kalams 'normally that style called 'kalam chavittu '. This is not central Kerala style kalam. That is totally different. Each and every foot step have clear measures.and different types of kalams are there. In a same kalam there are several verity moves also included. Another important part is the tecnical part of kalams. It includes various types of attacks defense take downs throws vital point attacks and counter attacks also. Totally kalarippayattu 'central kerala kalam chavittu style 'is the rare and very dangerous form of Kalarippayattu..
The basics, you teach in this channel.. I find it useful in real fights although i was a pure street fighter back in the days(im not into fights now) but i can guarantee they will work if you practice enough...Again thank you
Well elbows are close range weapons, and that wasn’t effective footwork,so no not a good combination at all, elbows are best in the clinch or hidden behind punches and kicks,
Sir I am very fond of kalari.I am a martial artist studying taekwondo. I am 38 years old.My son studies karate and we practice together. We also practice different martial arts like kickboxing, judo and wing chun but I really love kalari. Its our Indian martial art and I'm proud of it.Sir it needs to be spread more and more in north India. We don't have teachers here.Teach the basics of kalari.

We use the triangles as a footwork and angulation training tool as well, but the particular style I'm familiar with synthesized it to only two triangles

This looks very promising. Should be effective in close quarters, but I am not sure about an open attack beyond trapping range.
Can I ask? What systems is this system comprised of?
Shadow fight jaisa lag raha hai....👍👍 Well done

Excellent bro.. Explanation with triangle patterns.. 👌Suscribed😜 🙏
Badhiya bhai ekdam
What's the name of book which Arun is holding in his hand in this video?
Elbow strikes of Kalarippayattu are related to Varaaha (Wild Boar). Not Ashwa (Horse).
Your son is so perfect sir
Very advanced martial.... the kalaripayattu
It's my belief that the filipino name Kali comes from Kalari, "to fight."
Absolutely
that is why the Kalaripayattu is known to be the mother of all martial arts
We use the triangles as a footwork and angulation training tool as well, but the particular style I'm familiar with synthesized it to only two triangles
Kali is a wrathful goddess
Kali comes from name of an ancient Hindu Goddess "Devi Kaali" who was merciless and wrathful.
..the ancient filipinos were familiar with both the word Kalari and the goddess Kali, there would not have been any interchanging of the two names😁🇵🇭
What point were they talking about marma orrr??
Waweeeee.bravo bravo.🙏🙏🙏🙏❤🇸🇳
