Why would you put different toppings on the pizzas? Kinda seems to ruin the review for me since it is not consistent in that aspect.
Because he's reviewing based on things that are affected by which toppings are on the pizza. He's reviewing things like the quality of the dough, sugar content, not how the pizza tastes.
The only things that dont work on pizza is pineapple and onion anchovies eh dont bother ke

American pizza is not necessarily trying to be “Italian”. So it’s kind of strange to put down American pizza because it doesn’t fit Italian standards.
The Italian pizza he showed looked so plain and basic which I respect, but I don’t find amazing. I’m sure it’s tasty.

matthew leinart Pizza Hut has delivered pizza to me that had unfinished dough. Like unrisen dough that was just inedible goo crap. Their excuse was that they ran out of pizza crusts. They did this to me multiple times and you could only eat the toppings off of it. They were also constantly getting my order wrong.

This part of this "expert reviews ____" is the best one. He points out flaws but also positives and doesn't hold these pizzas to an extremely high standard, he knows they're not supposed to compete with true Italian or more expensive pizzas and just looks at them for what they are. Good job.

Eh. The most pronounced difference between delivery chains and local pizza restaraunts is the cheese. Chains use a blend of cheeses but it's always going to include skim milk mozarella while your local pizza restaurant is going to use whole milk mozarella.

He was also judging it by taste too. Bit inconsistent if its different toppings every time. Should be the same topping so the review would be more concrete.
