    Are you able to fix the issue that I have or whatever I turn my neck to the right right from looking straight forward it cracks no matter what I can do. You can permanently fix it.

      Bands provide resistance on the way up and the way down but I guess that's better than nothing 👍

    What is the difference between the red and green bands?
    Google says red has more resistance. So women have to do the harder one?

      Stop texting when looking down. Fix your rhomboids and pelvic tilt. Reverse flys and glute bridges.

      I bet you're the one that gave twenty different answers to the same question on the pop quiz after you failed it nineteen times right?
      Smart people know how to appreciate free help from an incredibly qualified and knowledgeable dude that owes you nothing.....and you mock....go back to Maturity 101 that your parents were supposed to help you with...and if you didn't have good parents then you still have no excuse since anyone over the age of thirteen can recognize that no one can see through your body to know exactly which part of where is causing the pain, so you have to experiment ..and oh....FYI...world class bodybuilders do the same thing, experimenting trying twenty different workouts until they find the ones that give them the results they want.....it's normal to have to experiment...kinda like dating....not sex...but dating....just trying to meet people to find the one right one that can love you for who you are and help nurture you into being more than just existing but maybe helping other people and being selfless like this guy teaching is....

      he did seem to demonstrate both shoulders...the right shoulder demo was the anterior view; the left shoulder demo was the posterior view. he also said to do this over a 10-week period, so it would seem to be a movement to do on each side

    Are we doing this unilateral exercise on both sides ? 2 minutes each side ? Both come with their own issues and I don’t which side to do which exercise and how many reps or how to scale … overtime doing both … would this balance things out ??

      I know I am not the doctor here, but in general with things like this you do want to do it on both sides to balance it out and keep your muscles stable. (A muscle imbalance can have a whole host of it's own issues that you definitely want to avoid if possible). You will want to start on your weaker side (have to determine what that will be for you) go to your limit there, then do the same amount on your stronger side to gradually get your body to be even throughout. I hope this helps, and remember consistency is key with also having a rest day here and there.

    Thank You for this video. I just had neck/back surgery in April. My neurosurgeon has given me the a ok to start doing exercises and stretches. I've been to physical therapy, but didn't get to much on my neck. I have tightness in the middle of my shoulders, so I will try this and see what happens.

    I had problems in my neck, shoulder and upper arm for years and no exercise that I saw on the internet helped until a friend recommended that I rub my biceps tendon with ice cubes twice a day for 2 weeks and all the pain was gone

      Exercise bands give much more control over isolating the action and progression than free weights.

    For me, these symptoms were caused by degenerative disc disease in my neck. My physical therapist gave me several neck stretches to do and it worked right away.

    I've had 7 years of chronic shoulder pain and physios have given me this exercise before. Didn't do anything for my pain aside from aggravate it a little.
    There is no one exercise that will address all causes of neck pain and giving them to people without assessing their issue is irresponsible
    In the future please add a disclaimer that this advice is potentially harmful to people with shoulder pain that isn't caused by certain root causes
