Thank goodness figure skating still has Mr. Lussi to give us jump and spin technique that can still be relied upon for triples and quads and all jumps. He also made his skaters skate! The technical videos took so much work and a huge part of my life to make. I gathered over 200 hours of footage that I had to keep memorized and organized in my head until I finished each volume of Systematic Figure Skating: The Spin and Jump Techniques of Gustave Lussi in 2016. Check them out at www.IceCommand.com. I felt I had to make the series the best that I could .for Mr. Lussi (with the small total budget I had). We should all thank Dick Button and Mr. Lussi for supporting the project and believeing in me. And thank you for your appreciation.

Thank you Cecily -- I always wondered what Eileen Seigh was like, for some reason I could never find video of her. She's wonderful!

@@coachcecilyicecommand5513 There were a few times where Mr. Button would refer to Eileen Seigh in his commentary, but I never found the references he was mentioning. So cool to see your video! Hope you're well, Cecily! (Craig Cichy here)

So much that I have forgotten. 1 2 3 4. (I trained with Cecily, not Mr. Lussi.)
