I have learned a great deal from this coach and a Vietamese coach by the name of TI Long. If anyone has a link to this coache's youtube page or website, I would be very grateful. Thank you.
it means you dont collapse ..you keep your pelvis higher while staying stable on both feet and with lower center of gravity and lightly bent knees..but dont collapse..think of it like the correct execution of a deadlift..you keep your butt higher though you go down for for the deadlift
Thanks for the video and for adding the tutorial for the penhold players there, as well.
Cảm ơn bạn!
Xiexie😁
Very good instruction. Thanks a lot
This is a wonderful theory for the backhand. Can you give us an easy shape to think about that works for the forehand, too?

I don't get it when they say "press your wrist down" what's does he mean by that?
In these videos they often say press down on the ball - I’m not sure what they mean either
Very good!! When the ball comes to our center, Zhang Jike said to lift your pelvis. What are your thoughts of this and how do we do it?
I'm struggled about it right now😁
Thanks. More comments on this please
