      In these videos they often say press down on the ball - I’m not sure what they mean either

      it means you dont collapse ..you keep your pelvis higher while staying stable on both feet and with lower center of gravity and lightly bent knees..but dont collapse..think of it like the correct execution of a deadlift..you keep your butt higher though you go down for for the deadlift
