8 losses in a row though? The UFC can't let that continue. 3 losses in row is usually as far as they let it go. He's ruined his legacy in mma. A lot of people will forget that run he went on.

During the golden era of lightweight, the MMA fan base was split into 3 camps, team Conor, team Khabib, and team Tony, and I was team Tony from the beginning, and it was a crime that he never got a title shot, but he needs to hang it up. Chiesa was the one and only guy I thought Tony might beat since Chiesa can't seem to stay out of d'arce chokes to save his life, but he just got submitted by him in the first round, that is really not a good look...

The only thing that speaks for Tony is that he might just be too concerned with the outcome; he just isn't there in the cage.
Like he speaks about having to throw up 5 or 6 times, before his fight. And talks about "getting comfortable in the cage"; like it's his first fight, or something...🤗

Buutttttttt, I will use him to round out as many fight cards as I can because I know people wanting to see if he can somehow pull of one last win after all this is still quite a draw.
      It's Scumbag lvl 1million.

I feel for Tony! As long as he is willing and not getting seriously hurt, I hope he does fight again! I will always pay to see a Tony fight. Cowboy did it for years and no one pressured him to retire. Tony is just in a slump and anyone that plays sports know how a string of losses can effect your confidence and game. I thought Chiesa was a bad matchup for Tony this time, he needs a banger win for a confidence boost.

Dude, he’s looked like that for years now. It’s damn near criminal to let him continue fighting. He is clearly mentally impaired, and his decisions are not to be trusted or backed up. The people around are letting him down big time, they should be ashamed taking a dime, and helping him prepare for pro fighting. He has got clear substance issues, and he seems high in this post fight presser, that’s why he “happy” and jovial. Jeez, he can’t even take a seat. Sad.

What's even sadder is Dana letting it happen because people will watch to see if somehow he can just pull out one last win, milking him and his health for every last cent. I actually think Dana isn't as crappy a person as he easily could be, which many people would disagree with, but he sure is taking the scumbag route on this one. And thinks he absolves himself of any wrongdoing by saying "I think he should retire." No, you don't, you don't care.
