As a side-note, I really miss poops of infomercials. I'd wager that that the soss is loaded with easily exploitable material, but I damn near cry every time one of these comes around. Probably because America is littered with advertisements and commercials that would drive any rational person to order some knives from Ron Popeil in a last-ditch effort at a home-style lobotomy.

Ribs that fall off the bone are in nearly all cases EXTREMELY tender. And in meat, tender is good. Especially if paired with proper seasoning.
