This interview here is the prime example of why Garth Brooks is “THE BEST”. His music is amazing but his kind heart and respect for his wife, family and for his fans outshines it all. You should be proud Garth Brooks! You brought a tear to my eye when you said... “I am a fan of my daughter..she got this”.

This particular instance is NOT about how many tickets have been sold its about being loyal to the fans who paid a lot of money on hotels and travel. There’s a lot of women out there that have sold TONS of records! Whitney Houston sold 180 million records, Mariah Carey sold about 200 million, Celine Dion sold 220 million, and Madonna sold 300 million. Then there’s legends like Michael Jackson, the Beatles, etc.

Raymond Oakford Believe there was some sort of problem with the permits. The Irish government would only give him permits for three shows. I saw an interview where Garth said he wouldn’t choose which of the five shows to cancel. If he couldn’t honor the tickets for all five shows he would not play
