Definitely going to keep an eye on the Varius for my hikes. Pretty hard to find a thin fixed blade I must say. And those clips on the Merata (?) look awesome and seem to be good in hand too.
Damn they ripped off T.Kell Knives Sentry Grips. He just brought those to market a couple of months ago. I know he was the first one to make an adaptable ring handle. Big companies stealing ideas from the little guys…
100% correct I hate that big names are taking away the thought and ingenuity from Tim. They will never see a dime from me and they don’t care and that’s fine. More TKell knives.
The Varius Trainer would really be awesome if they would make the blade part with some fine diamond steel to keep an edge on one of the bladed Varius knives.
Man the Ferrous’ removable G10 Ring looks almost like the Sentry Grips that TKellKnives released a few months ago, not as nice and a hell of a coincidence.
I own 3 front flipper knives and in my medium sized female hands, I have great difficulty flipping them open. It always stuns me that DCA most of the time can't easily flip these style of knives open except with great difficulty.
Why is the clip on the Elementum II not reversible? It was on the earlier button lock version, so why remove that feature? I know that having the holes on the show side may not look quite as pretty, but speaking for the population of left-handed people, I feel like this isn’t too much to ask.
i don't own any civivi but i suggested a friend who doesn't own a knife to get an elementum. just a classic looking edc with so many choices of handles.
Nice to know CIVIVI is pretty good quality. I see them on Amazon all the time so it made me think they were a bit sketchy. People are always trying to copy the real thing.
They're truly some of the best budget brands around these days. I have the button lock variant in 14C28N and I love it. The micarta on the handle feels a little cheap though. I just sharpened it up for the first time the other day and it takes a wicked edge.
@@Knivess0 This is so true I bought a few Civivi's from Amazon. Check out the Civivi Conspirator with green micarta handle and Nitro V blade..such a great EDC knife for $80
I heard you say the Button Lock Elementum is thicker. What made the Elementum great was its thinnesses in the pocket. By adding the detent you just made uncluttered perfection just exactly like every other knife.
We and Civivi are junk. Pick up any Benchmade, and then the others. You'll understand. They feel like plastic. Pick up a CRKT. Any "other" knife. Price regardless. Civivi feels like a toy. I don't understand the hype. Yes they look cool on youtube, no they don't do well in real life.
Thank you for this knife display. I can finally see all the knives vs when they’re all over the place facing down on the table
Bradley Cooper still one of my favourite reps at these shows.
Wish he would spend more time filming hangover 4 though
@@thui7889 Hangover 4’s coming out?
@@CurrentlyOnLV-426 lol no
What the heck?!? What on earth is going on with the Kelvin Cleaver? It feels like I've been waiting an eternity, minus a few eons. Lol
WE is killing it this year. All of those designs are gorgeous. I'll have to save up for my first ti folder.
Can you ask them why I can’t reverse the pocket clip on the new elementum button lock?
I like front flippers, but I messed up my pinky knuckle awhile back and it hurts and feels wierd to use them.
That Makani is gorgeous. I doubt I’ll be able to afford it, but I can admire it from afar.
DCA, You are pumping out the videos from Shot Show. I'm impressed and thank you.
How about a reversible pocket clip for the next Elementum?? All button locks are better served with one, since it’s basically an ambidextrous lock.
Amazing knives from an amazing company. I have WE, Civivi and Sencut and they're all fantastic. Fit and finish is excellent and Seth is a great guy.
I really like the idea of the Varius. Tons of customization potential!
That Laconico will become a best seller for sure, what a gorgeous knife.
Laconico's knife looks almost identical to my Kizer Lieb M I own. Its no surprise since this designer has worked extensively with Kizer.
DCA's Seiko Tuna fits those slightly larger than average hands quite well.
Greetings all watch and knife enthusiasts.
The ANV Rep had a ceramic Black Bay with Isofrane straps.

Excellent update my dudes
Can we have an all Brass 2023 show. I need a 3inch Polished Brass folder for my new EDC clam pouch.
Hey DCA what is your watch? Seiko Sumo?
Tuna Black Series :) -DCA
@@knifecenter very fine choice for shot show. My eyes were on it a lot throughout the shot show coverage
When will we see the first button lock Tanto?

👍Yup, they sure did! I'll stick with Tim, myself.
Great stuff guys!!!
Thx for the video! See you on Blade Show 😊
The Varius Trainer would really be awesome if they would make the blade part with some fine diamond steel to keep an edge on one of the bladed Varius knives.
Now all we need is a larger Nitro V button lock flipper tab Elementum and we'll be good!
That "Thug XL" is a fantastic looking knife.
Man the Ferrous’ removable G10 Ring looks almost like the Sentry Grips that TKellKnives released a few months ago, not as nice and a hell of a coincidence.

You know, the Various (Or however you spell it) with the ring almost feels more like a bird and trout knife rather than a tactical piece.
That trainer didn't go back to the right spot lol.
Like the Navo a lot. I’ll look into that for sure. Not my ideal color combo as presented though.
Wonder what type of dive watch DCA is rocking...
Seiko Tuna. Maybe the Street series.
Civivi following Kizer and doing more with Ray Laconico, yes please.
YAY KNIVES
Damn. This intro slaps hard!
Elementum - delete the flipper tab and add thumb stud. I’d buy that in a heartbeat.
Not saying I wouldn't buy that (because I probably would), but that sounds like the pyrite
David Harbour and Bradley Cooper just standing around, talking about knives.
SHOT Show isn't long enough for WE and CIVIVI. They need the show to last a month to show off all their new knives for the first half of 2023.
Dogfish & Airstream are sick! Glad Civivi is doing something different.
The Elementum will be my next knife.
i don't own any civivi but i suggested a friend who doesn't own a knife to get an elementum. just a classic looking edc with so many choices of handles.
Get the button lock version.
CIVIVI 🔥💪🏻💯👍👍👍
The rupture looks strikingly similar to a fox knife I can't remember the name of

Switch the last one to linen. It looks cheap.
Was hoping to see some manga cut from we
Looks great but please WE, LARGE Elementum with that button lock!
Not sure why I didn't get a notification for this video, I always have before...
For a company that pumps out a silly quantity of different models, they manage to get the lion's share of them right.
What does that mean
@@ligaar0849 it means that the eagle hunts by the midnight sun....
Ah, it all makes sense now.
And of course the Elementum II doesnt have a reversible pocket clip. Left handedness FML
Mmm the riff raff.
The knife guy that's scared off knifes you could tell the we/civivi guy was like wtf is this guy about. And that awkward laugh
WE Knives always figure out a way to stick out from the pack.
I don’t want any of these knives 😢
I like that Dogfish one. Really sexy and svelte.
I heard you say the Button Lock Elementum is thicker. What made the Elementum great was its thinnesses in the pocket. By adding the detent you just made uncluttered perfection just exactly like every other knife.
That ring handle is an absolute rip off of Tkellknives design.
Nothing like original ideas to boost profit!👎
