A bit surprised you did not mention The Henry at the Cosmopolitan. Their Short Rib Eggs Benedict is absolutely amazing, and so are their beignets with fresh lemon curd.

The places kept getting better and better, although Boarder Grill is most my style. The eggs from the first place are from happy chickens, free range and organic. I buy those type of eggs, they taste better and are more nutritious. You always look great Norma, but the pink summer dress OMG. Sandy you’re so cute, make up isn’t necessary. And, you during the live show was one of my favorites videos, for your interactions with each other. Not for the vegan food. 😂

I miss the old 80's breakfast at the Golden Gate. 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast and coffee for $1.99 served on a flimsy paper plate. Ahhh, the good ol' days.

I used to work at the Forum Shops and would go to breakfast after work around 2am - Place me and my co-workers would go to is "Orleans" at their diner. I would order their steak and eggs.

Hi Norma, I'm a new subscriber! You are lovely. Your videos are so informative and easy to watch and I love the bloopers at the end! I take my mom to Las Vegas for Mother's Day every year and each year we try and find a new place for brunch. We've tried Giada, Bardot and Eiffel Tower, all were as amazing as your visits. We also tried the Sunday buffet at Wynn which was amazing, Bouchon, so yummy, La Cave at Wynn (small plates) and Yard Bird (pretty good).
Another great video ! ( PS oeufs is pronounced more like " uff"- it is called a digraph, where the o and e are combined but you dont really hear the e, and Lyonnaise is LEE-Yon-aise)
Get a passport, head for France, preferably the French Riviera rather than Paris, and see everything that is wrong with what you are being sold as being French.
Huge thank you Norma! Was in Las Vegas last weekend and told my group about Border Grill as you recommended. I didn't know it was a Susan Feniger restaurant before arriving and it was AMAZING! The place is buried within Mandalay Bay and I was staying at the Mirage so I wouldn't have had any clue about it without your video. There is so much to see and do and your videos just keep showing me I need to go back and experience more. btw, have you eaten at Lotus of Siam? very very tasty!
I was hoping you would have added the Special Ladies Brunch at the Cosmo! The Ladies are encouraged to dress up, the music 🎶 is pumped up and the selection is beautiful and tasty!
Border Grill is the only one I've tried. It's one of my goto restaurants. I want to try The Eiffel Tower Restaurant because the food you had looked awesome 😋 You always show me new places to try. Keep up the great videos Norma.
I've only been to the boarder grill once it was still at Caesars Palace forum shop area when I went, but it was amazing. Now that I know they do an all you can eat brunch I'm for sure going to hit that.

That brunch at Bardot 😍😍😍. At first i was like what in the world $20 for 4 devil eggs so 2 eggs but i saw caviar so yeah not a bad price 😂

I love giada’s for dinner. I had a crab risotto with scallops and loved every bite. Appetizer was good too
