You get yourself to low HP by just spamming abilities while farming jungle and use Barriers to not instantly die since they dont go down from your abilities and then oneshot someone with Ult + Reverb proc. If its a teamfight and they walk into their team with the reverb debuff you can deal like 1k damage to every enemy whos somewhat close to the guy you ulted. (with improved reach the radius of the aoe is massive)
