Didn't show the old slave rooms. House like that has bad vibes.
Every house in Charleston even the public housing is haunted 😢

💛💛💛
Too modern inside and too too
White for me
Why are these houses so incredibly boring? There’s no design intelligence. It’s just blah, it could be in any dull suburban recent-build. Come on people, these are historic homes. I’d want to go in and create what was once there. Do you know how beautiful that would be?
Seu comentário é tão blah
They gave a nod to history but updated it. No one wants to live with overstuffed old architecture that doesn’t serve modern life. The Victorian era is over, so update but keep some period details, which is what they did. Otherwise, no one is buying the property. Live in the times.
It’s only boring because of 5he modern design features. If it was decorated in Persian rugs traditional chandeliers and antiques you would see a different home.
Sold in August '22 for $5.725mill.
