Welcome to Voiceplay's rabbit hole! 🙂
One of the things that I appreciate the most in Voiceplay is that they never do a "dull" cover of a song. They pay deep respect to the originals, yet at the same time they make any song they cover completely their own. Which, IMHO, is exactly what a "cover" should be. If I want a perfect copy of the original, I'd rather listen to the original itself 😁. Geoff says that the he is chasing a song to cover, he listens to all the OTHER covers of that song he can find, and if he doesn't think he can bring something original to it, something that no one else did yet, then the song is discarded. I love this attitude so much. 🙂
As others already wrote, they cover pretty much ANY genre one can think of. As you said you want to hear more from Cesar, the soft, breathy voiced baritenor who sits second from the right, I'd suggest you to give a try to "I can't make you love me" (keep some Kleenex at hand... 😉), or their version of Radiohead's "Creep". And if you want to discover other nuances of his voice, try "Whiskey in the jar" or "Valhalla calling", which also is maybe the most energetic song in their mix, and one of those in which Geoff reaches his lowest note (a B0... third key of a standard 88 keys piano) 😁.
Another thing I love in this group is their sense of humour. Easiest songs to find it showcased are their Halloween songs (they OWN Halloween 😅), but try "Drunken Sailor"... 😁😁
Or "In the hall of the Mountain King", a classical, orchestral piece from Edvard Grieg's "Peer Gynt", that they turned into a hilarious "Sabba" in a "mysterious" forest 😂.
Layne, the beatboxer and violin player, is also a very nice baritone. Actually, he's one of the two founding members remained (the other is Geoff), and he WAS the baritone for the group. Then their beatboxer, Scott Porter, left the group for an acting career, and Layne learned the art... But he still sings occasionally. For example, he does a short lead part in "In the air tonight"... Well, how could THAT song not have at least a line sung by the drummer 😉? Another one in which you can appreciate him singing/harmonising is "Can't help falling in love", and if I remember correctly "True colors" as well. 🙂
They have some songs that come from video games soundtracks. "Halo theme", praised by the author himself (who said theirs is the best version he ever heard, including HIS OWN!), "The Dragonborn comes - Skyrim", "My mother told me", Enemy", and their latest release, "In the cold below".
They have a lot of beautiful Medleys too.
Just subscribed in anticipation for more of them. And I can't wait to see what will happen when you discover Geoff's solo channel 😁😅.
    See you next time!

Welcome to VoicePlay! Geoff Castellucci is the ridiculous bass in the group, ans he also created the arrangement for this piece. He and Layne Stein (the vocal percussionist/#VioLayne) take turns providing the arrangements, although Eli (rhymes with 'jelly') Jacobson, the bald, rock tenor occasionally tosses one of his arrangements into the mix, and he nearly always provides the lighting work for their videos. One of Eli's contributions is a cover of Creep, by Radiohead, which actually highlights Cesar De La Rosa's vocals- he's the lovely, breathy baritenor who played more of a supporting role in this composition. J. None- former member and currently singing for the US Navy- features as often as his schedule allows, and we're all glad when we see him back. He's not featured on Creep- instead the guys are featuring Anthony Garguila- but regardless of who sings with the group, they always sounds as though they could have always been a member. Honestly though, I'd advise you to take a look at their channel and pick some songs that speak to you. Unlike PTX and Home Free, who both tend to stay within certain genres, VoicePlay sing anything and everything, and mix it all up besides. In my opinion, these guys are the most talented and invelntive a cappella group around, and they do it as an entirely independent group, funded only by Patreon and live performances. Even their videos are shot and edited by them, with very little outsourced, so everything you see and hear from them is entirely their conceptualization and creation.

@@MrsRealistic I watched the behind the scenes for Geoff's newest solo cover of Unshaken (he has his own channel where he does low bass singer covers, very worth checking out) and to give you even more appreciation of how hard working he and the rest of VoicePlay is... from the day it's been decided what song to cover, to the worldwide release of the finished product, took a month.
      A single month to:
      -write the arrangement
-record all the audio parts (in his solo works, Geoff sings ALL the parts in his covers, from subharmonic lows to impressively high notes)
-come up with the video concept
-find the right costumes, props, and location (though most often Geoff and VoicePlay record their videos at Pattycake Productions, which is a film studio that Layne (beatboxer) co-owns with former VP baritone Tony Wakim)
-doing the initial audio mix before sending it to Ed Boyer for the final mix (he's the same mixer PTX & Home Free use)
-film the video (Eli (sounds like jelly) the bald high tenor typically does all the lighting) Something to keep in mind while watching one of Geoff's solo videos, is that he almost always brings out his clones (named Goff, Jeoph, Jeff, and Daryl) which means he films himself as 4 different characters, sometimes with drastically different appearances/facial hair/costumes, so that means even if they're perfect takes every time, he still has to film himself singing & performing the entire length of the song at minimum FOUR TIMES!
-edit the video, then finally release it to the world
and they release new content every month, including full length covers, shorts and minis, not to mention the Patreon perks where they do live chats & livestream while filming their next project. These guys are BUSY, and yet every new song they post surpasses the last as they get better and better over time. They cover so many different genres that it's impossible to get bored of their "style"... because they simply can't be put in a box... from Disney medleys, to classic rock, to video game & TV show music, to country, to Broadway, pop music... you NEVER know what kind of song they'll release next! In other words, they never get stale, because they're always trying new things that they have the freedom to do, since they're 100% independent. Not being hamstrung by a major label, they can experiment with the most off the wall ideas (you've GOT TO watch their cover of In The Hall of The Mountain KIng... it's an orchestral piece with zero lyrics, and yet they tell a wonderful story in spite of that fact :) you're going to love it)

Additionally, never ever try and figure out how Layne makes the sounds he does. Most of us are convinced that both Layne and Geoff are not from this planet, maybe not even this universe.

So glad you're doing VP - one of my favorite bands. If you want to switch it up and get a sense of the wide range of genres they do so beautifully, try listening to "What do we do with a Drunken Sailor" or "Little Mermaid" for humor, and "I Can't Make You Love Me" or "True Colors" for emotion - or Dragonborn Comes for epic styles. Layne pulled out his violin for us the first time with Warriors, then made us wait 3 years to hear him play again. With Warriors he gained the enduring aka of "VioLayne." Most of their existing productions were arranged/designed/video by either Geoff (Jeff, the bass) or Layne (beatbox/violinist/baritone). This was one of Geoff's. Going forward we will see Eli (metal rock tenor) also arranging on a regular basis. For a preview of his skills (which are equally incredible) watch his recent heartbreaking cover of Creep or the older Eleanor Rigby. Both are gems.

according to Websters, it's a group of musicians assembled to play music. I think the word is almost certainly used with slight differences in specificity both regionally and nationally. A capella made major changes when people started mimicking the sound of instruments with their voices - to me, the word band or group could be used interchangeably regardless, but ESPECIALLY when voices are being USED as instruments (drums, guitar or double bass riffs etc) BUT - there are many singers who refer to their voices explicitly as "instruments." I think all of that is carte blanche to use the word that works for you. @@DravenGal

The VoicePlay rabbit hole is deep, and in consideration of that, this comment is long! You have been warned!
VoicePlay and Geoff Castellucci (the bass singer) are sort of the entry level drugs to each other: no matter which direction you come at them, you'll always get pointed at the other as well.
VoicePlay is the oldest of the triumvirate of big a cappella groups that also include Pentatonix and Home Free. VP started back in the mid 90s right out of high school in Florida using the name 4:2:Five. They've stayed with that 5 man group, changing the name to VoicePlay in 2012. Geoff and Layne Stein (beatboxer/vocal percussionist/baritone/#vioLayne) are the two remaining founding members of the group. With the group around for so long, there have been some changes in personnel over the years, and for the past few years the group has been 1 person short of a full 5 person roster, with Eli Jacobson (bald rock tenor, first name rhymes with jelly) and Cesar de la Rosa (breathy, smooth voice baritone) rounding out the group. They make up the difference with a variety of guest stars - this song includes J. None (next to Geoff), who was a full member of the group until he was recruited by the US Navy for their chorus a few years ago, and still returns to sing with the group when he's on leave.
All three a cappella groups have a common connection: all appeared on the NBC TV a cappella competition show The Sing-Off, with Pentatonix winning season 3 in 2011 and Home Free winning season 4 in 2013 (yes, there's a gap there; story for another comment). VoicePlay also appeared in season 4, getting about halfway through the season before being eliminated (they had a slightly different makeup and had to include a female singer, so they were temporarily a 6 person group). There's a video on RUclips with both Home Free and VoicePlay (Survivor: Zombies vs Hillbillies) that was made in anticipation of the two groups meeting on the show, but that never happened.
Living in Florida, almost everyone in the group has worked in the theme parks in the area at some point, so they've all had some musical theater-type experience, and they often use that in their videos. They are known as "the theater kids of a cappella", and a number of their videos include full costumes, makeup, props, sets, lighting, etc.
When the lockdown hit and VoicePlay was no longer able to tour or perform, Geoff Castellucci decided to start his own solo RUclips channel and produce videos on his own. While Geoff's solo videos are NOT a cappella (he uses a variety of plug-ins for his keyboard for other instruments; he's played piano since he was a child), he often includes multiple "clones' of himself singing the harmony to his lead, usually 3 or 4 at a time. He sings all of the parts in his solo covers; he has a 5 octave range, so he can go from deep bass to tenor. He's learned to sing especially deep notes using a technique called subharmonics, and he's learned to be able to include those notes in with his normal singing voice; you heard a few of them in this song. Here's probably the weirdest thing about Geoff: he doesn't consider himself a "true bass singer", but a "baritone with a good bass extension". This from a man who can almost sing off the low end of a piano!
BTW - while Geoff can hit some amazing low notes using subharmonics (and these days, even in chest voice), he's not anywhere near the deepest bass singer around. Geoff's lowest fully verified note to date on a video is a B0 - that's the 2nd white key on a piano (he MAY have hit an A0 (the first key) in one song, but it's still in some discussion). The lowest bass singer is almost certainly Tim Storms, who can hit notes a couple of octaves BELOW a piano - notes you need a special microphone to pick up, since they're well below the threshold of human hearing.
I'm sure others have given you a list of recommendations, so I'll just say that anything you hear from VoicePlay will be amazing! If you'd like to hear a song featuring Cesar (the one you didn't hear much from in this song), check out their cover of Bonnie Raitt's melancholy I Can't Make You Love Me. But don't expect a violin to show up often - this is only the 2nd full video where an instrument was used (Warriors is the original), although there is now a 3rd (The Lion Sleeps Tonight).

I always hold my breath when somebody says this is their favorite song. Because so many people even though they are reactors, want to hear the song done the same way. They always play tribute to the original but always put their own spin on it.
They were a five member group for decades, and when their high tenor left, and a year later J left when he was recruited by the Navy, they have not filled that position . They are using a variety of guest artists to fill that last position. Many times that includes J who was recently transferred to the East Coast making it easier for him to fly down to do a video.
Other performances they did with the same lineup are Hellfire (from the hunchback of Notre Dame), In The Air Tonight, Valhalla Calling and a m number of minis.
The two at the ends and the one in the middle are always there. They have switched baritones a number of times and up until 2020 they had a laser high tenor that left the group.

A few rules for Voiceplay! (And also some info on them, I may repeat some info I've already posted.) I just came up with them on my own, but after years of being a Voiceplaya, I've found they're necessary for optimal Voiceplay (and to a degree, Home Free as well) listening. If you've already got some of them down, know I'm just posting the list, not criticizing your reactor skills!
The rules: #1) VERY important! ALWAYS watch to the very end of the video, or at least a ways into the patrons scrolling. Often times it may LOOK like the video has ended, but there's an outro. Also, watching to the end lets you see their awesome cover art.
#2) Always leave the closed captions on. Geoff's wife Kathy (who helps with their videos, she also appears in some, such an amazing woman!) has hearing loss, so sometimes there will be little hidden gems in the CC.
#3) If you pause a video to speak, rewind it ten seconds before you start it again, to make sure you don't miss anything.
#4) Don't look away from the screen, or close your eyes for more than a second, because, again, you might miss a visual gag or clever moment.
#5) Don't go into their videos with expectations on what the song will be like, i.e., that it will be the same as the original. These guys put their own spin on things. The only thing to expect, generally, is to be blown away by their sheer talent.
#6) Unless you have a REALLY great speaker system with stereo sound, ALWAYS wear good headphones/earbuds with Voiceplay and Geoff. They do amazing little tricks you can only pick up with those hearing devices. Plus, some of Geoff's notes are so low you practically can't hear them without headphones
Oh, and FYI, Voiceplay is: (Left to right in this song.)
Geoff Castellucci. (Said Jeff Cas-teh-lou-chee) He's the bass, with long hair. He has a solo channel of low bass covers, well worth checking out! His lowest note, currently, is a B0. You can hear it in Voiceplay's "Valhalla Calling." You almost feel it more than you hear it.
    J. None. Currently on reverse leave, he is away from the group singing for the Navy, but frequently does videos with VP when he can.
Eli Jacobsen (pronounced El-ee, NOT E-lie!) Tenor rock god.
Cesar De La Rosa, their newest member. He brings the feels to every performance! And he flirts with the camera, and it flirts right back!
Layne Stein, their beatboxer. Sometimes he sings, and it's always a treat to hear his voice. He's also known as The Carrot Lord and VioLayne.
Glad to see you were blown away by them! As we all were, even those of us who have been their fans for years! This is my favorite Voiceplay line-up too, with Cesar and J. None. There have been different line-ups through the years, so don't be surprised if the core members' faces change as you go back farther in time. With J. None on a sabbatical of sorts, they have different guests for each song. But fear not, because they always find the PERFECT guest for each song! I could tell you all sorts of facts and opinions about each member, but I'll let you discover them on your own! Enjoy! I know we will watching you!

Geoff is a very low bass, but there are definitely deeper (for example, my lowest chest note is one semitone deeper than Geoff; I have been a bass singer for 34 years). Geoff also has a 5 octave range and can sing higher than most tenors, too. In my opinion, Geoff is one of the best/most versatile singers on the planet.

Welcome to the Voiceplay family!! You were pointing out Cesar De La Rosa at the end and you can hear him spectacularly in Voiceplay's version of Creep released a few months ago. To hear more of J. None (next to the Bass), he is featured spectacularly in Valhalla Calling. J. None used to be a full time member of the group. He now sings for the Navy and comes back regularly as a featured guest. Also in Valhalla Calling, you'll get to hear Geoff Castellucci hold a B0 for 14 seconds (insanity). You can hear Geoff featured prominently in Hellfire where you get to enjoy 4 of his 5 octave range. The rock god Tenor 1 in the middle (bald) is Eli (pronounced ELLIE not E-Lie) Jacobson. And your beat boxer/baritone/violin player is Layne Stein (VioLayne) and only a few songs does he bring out the violin (Warriors is one of my Favs). Nothing Else Matters was arranged by Geoff. Valhalla Calling and Hellfire are arranged by Layne and Eli arranged Creep. #Voiceplay does not have a label and they are reactor friendly, so no need to blur your screen or worry about copyright issues. Voiceplay does all their own arranging, costumes, video, set design, choreography, production, etc. all themselves. They are quite remarkable. Enjoy the ride. It's about to get crazy for you (in a great way)!!

    New rabbit hole. :)
Yes, they're essentially acapella. But occasionally Layne pulls out a violin. (Same as Kevin in PTX kicking in with a cello.) In "Warriors," both Layne and JNone play violin.
JNone was a permanent member of VP, but he joined the navy in 2021 so in this vid he's back as a guest artist. VP has had a rotating bevy of guest artists, male and female, in that fifth spot for the last three years.
Layne was originally the group's baritone, but he switched to primarily doing vocal percussion several years ago.
I'd recommend "Dream On," "Can't Help Falling in Love," "Tennessee Whiskey," "Oogie Boogie's Song," "Little Mermaid Medley," "Boy Bands in 5 Minutes," and "You're a Mean One, Mr Grinch" for starters. Just a sample of their versatility.
Geoff Castellucci (bass) also started doing songs on his solo YT channel during COVID. In most of those, he's just multitracking himself and doing 4 or 5 part harmony. Over there, try "I See Fire" and "Till Then" for starters. Or whatever piques your interest. You can't go wrong.

Of the three acapella groups you've heard, Jeff has the lowest recorded bass voice. Not only is he a fantastic bass, the man has phenomenal range and can hit some fairly high upper ranges as well - I believe it is over 4 octaves.

My personal first place VP song is "Valhalla Calling." I listen to it every other night, for a few hours on repeat. Second place goes to "Hoist The Colors," which I listen to as I sleep, every night. So last year, I listened to it over 43,500 times according to Spotify, and YES, it is that good! I find it soothing. VC has a bit too much of a beat to sleep to.
I'm sure someone else told you, but just in case...Currently, Voiceplay has four core members, the Bass, Geoff (said like "Jeff") Cesar (of the soft voice), Eli (pronounced "El-ee," the bald fellow) and Layne, the beatboxer, (aka VioLayne, but he only occasionally uses the violin).
J.None is a member as well (in my book), the handsome fellow on Geoff's left...oh wait, that doesn't narrow it down! The African-American soulful singer.
While some of us still consider J. None an offical member, I joke that he is on reverse leave as he joined the Naval Choir (at their invitation, quite an honor!) but he comes back to record with the group often. When it's not J. None, they frequently have other super talented people they collab with. And they ALWAYS pick the perfect person for any given song!
Welcome to the Voiceplay Rabbit Hole! I think you'll find it cozy, comfortable, amazing and delightful! They are the "Theater Kids" of the acapella RUclips Trifecta! I hope you like a good costume, because, good lady, you are going to see a LOT of them!

I really don't understand how so many people don't know VoicePlay when they know PTX and Hone Free. They are as good if not better, and do everything themselves as well as being far more versatile in terms of ability and genre, due to being independent of any recording company. J.None is sitting next to the bass, Geoff Castellucci, who has his own channel of low bass covers. It amazes me how underalued VoicePlay have been for years now. The singing is truly a capella, unacomanied. The addition of an instrumental solo doesn't take away from that . Nice reaction though.

    Left to right....
Geoff (Jeff) Castellucci - Bass, arrangements.
J None - baritone, guest, former member.
Eli (elee) Jacobson - tenor, rock tenor, lighting, arrangements.
Cesar De La Rosa - baritone, tenor.
Layne Stein - beatboxer, baritone, arrangements.
Geoff has his own channel where he sings solo with instruments. He clones himself 3-4 times for harmonies. Each with their own name.... Jeff, Jeoph, Goff and Daryl.
He has a ton of amazing videos to choose from. My favorites are....
Rains of Castemere, Ain't No Sunshine, Ghost Riders In The Sky, Jack's Lament, I See Fire.
J None left in 2021 to sing with the US Navy choir. But comes back when he can to sing with the guys. He used to be in Washington State until he got promoted last year and transferred to Washington DC. So now he can come back more often. Yay 😁!!!
Eli was with a couple different rock bands many years ago at Universal Studios Orlando until he joined Voiceplay in 2010.
Cesar joined in 2021 right after J None left.
Layne co owns Pattycake Productions with former member Tony Wakim. This video was filmed as well as most of theirs and Geoff's. Pattycake also has a ton of amazing videos. All original to them. They do everything from concept to RUclips and beyond. All Disney related. They bring Disney characters to life. My favorites are.... Bump In The Night, Villains Haunted Mansion, Will of Oz and Villains Lair series.
Villains Lair is where they bring together most of the Disney villains to plot revenge on those that wronged them. The main villains in the story... Evil Queen, Jafar, Cruella, Gaston, Lady Tremaine, Queen of Hearts, Malecifent, Dr Facilier, Ursula.
Other villains come and go with each episode. They just released "S2E5 Life's Not Fair" in January and presently working on episode 6.
Voiceplay is based in Orlando FL. They all performed in shows at Disney World and Universal Studios.
Geoff and Layne with Earl Elkins Jr, Scott Porter and Mikal Kilgore in 1997 under the name 4:2:Five. Mikal left in 2002 for Broadway. Scott left in 2003 for a very successful acting career. Scott was their original beatboxer. Layne took over when he left.
Scott can be seen with Voiceplay in their videos, Halo Theme and Just Sing (captions a must).
My Voiceplay favorites are Sleeping In The Cold Below, in The Hall of The Mountain King, Hide and Seek (Ding Dong), Dragonborn Comes Skyrim, Drunken Sailor.
Voiceplay and Geoff are known as both The Theater Kids of Acapella and The Kings of Halloween because of their love of dressing up and performing.

Voiceplay’s bass singer, Geoff Castellucci has his own solo channel (not a cappella) and does some fantastic covers of songs as well. He has a five octave range and can go from sub-harmonic bass to a near tenor at the highest.

I would say he is the lowest pro bass singer with his lowest note at a b0. I have heard people say he is the one with the craziest range with full control and power in every note

Subscibed. You are definitely no robot 🤣. You bring commentary that is not the usual "oh, that was cool 🤨". Violayne's appearances are too few, as well as his beautiful singing. We always look forward to him surprising us. (His beatbox skills come from his being a cross of an alien, a synth, and possibly Phil Collin's drumset). J.None also plays violin in the song 'Warriors'. There are no favorites, they do all genres, they have no lanes - just pick anything that appeals. Looking forward to more Voiceplay? And checking out your past reactions!

Staged and costumed for Metallica's Black Album that this is on. J None used to be a member of VoicePlay but the US Navy recruited him for his vocal talents. He still comes in to do some videos as he has leave. The guys: Geoff Castellucci (aka Dragon Breath or Foghorn, a bass with A0 growl (taught by Tim Foust on growl, B0 subharmonics (master of subharmonics), F1 full chest, B4 getting into mix, Bb5 highest note falsetto), J None (next to Geoff) went to Navy as baritone, now bass but can fly high too, Eli Jacobsen (rhymes with jelly, nickname Rock God, high tenor), Cesar de la Rosa (Velvet Sass) came on a member when Earl (original member high tenor from 1997 with Geoff and Layne, but left for personal reasons 3 yrs back) and J None since he can go from upper bass to high tenor C6 and D6 new to him in The Lion Sleeps Tonight, Layne Stein (beatboxer, baritone w/extended ranges, classical violinist, aka Carrot Lord and/or VioLayne). Having 4 members allows them the flexibility to call in a specific voice that they want. They do all the work themselves, no contracts, they get to do whatever creativity they want.

Geoff is not the lowest bass, but he has the absolute best quality and tone I have every heard. Just a heads up...he has a 5 octave range so don't pass out when you hear him way up there. Also, Voiceplay (and Geoff on his solo channel) tends to add little "gems" at the end of some of their videos. Please do let the videos run at least into the patron list.

Love seeing new reactors find the Voiceplay or Geoff Castelucci rabbit hole.
Pick a genre and VP has covered it. Disney, Fantasy, Video Games, Rock, Country, they even did a classical orchestral piece with only voice. I’d suggest Valhalla Calling, Seven Nation Army and the Wicked Medley among some of my favorites.
If you venture to Geoff’s channel, start with his version of 16 tons.

If you want more of Cesar's lovely voice, listen to VP's cover of Creep by Radiohead. Gives you serious shivers. I also love their cover of Aerosmith's "Dream On". Those 2 both feature Anthony G. J. None was a full time member of Voiceplay, but he has since joined the Navy, and now only works with them occasionally. They often fill that fifth spot with a guest artist, all spectator artists. Sometimes they fill it with a woman. My favorite of those is Phantom of the Opera.

Elli (pronounce Elly) has metal/rock god belting as a super-power. And Geoff's is his impossible basso profundo through tennor range and Layne's abiltity to beatbox sounds a major motion picture studio's folley dept can't replicate. And the others are no less spectacular, I just haven't found words for them yet.

This group is amazing and they have such a repertoire of music. It's extremely hard to narrow down the favorites. If I were a rich man/girl featuring Ashley Diane. The dragonborn comes featuring omar Cardona If you want intricate harmonies, that are quite other worldly. Carry on wayward son and dream on for more of that rock feel. In my room, Bang and butter featuring dj young who is absolutely impressive with his belts. And that's not to mention Mr castellucci (the base), who has his own solo work. Recommendations include but not limited to over the misty mountains cold, the sequel video I see fire, house of the rising sun and more.
Welcome to the voiceplay Rabbit hole. Good luck. It's deep. You're gonna have a blast.😁😆😁😆😁

You should definitely check out Voiceplay’s “Black Hole Sun” (Cyberpunk)…
    J. None is an alum of this group who now does guest shots with Voiceplay… he is second from the left.
Geoff Castellucci is the bass and has multiple solo videos… unreal range
An epic acapella track to react would be “Moon River” as covered by Jacob Collier (see how many music luminaries you can identify singing “moon” in the intro). Jacob also does a wonderful cover of “Bridge Over Troubled Water” feat. Yebba (not credited at her request) as well as John Legend and Tori Kelly from his most recent album.

    J.None : baritone
    Eli (El-lee) Jacobson: tenor

Violayne has shocked every reactor for this video. i have yet see one who doesn't react to that violin. now if you really want to hear the range of all these guys, try Voiceplays cover of Valhalla Calling. geoff hits and sustains his lowest note yet, which is a B0. Eli shows you his Rock God mode, Caesar shows his berserker side, Layne is Layne Beatbox God, and well J. None i'll leave as a surprise for you

If you want to hear the deepest note Geoff's sung in one of their songs, listen to Valhalla Calling. A very good song. Hellfire is another of my favorites, too.
Really, any of their songs is a good bet, to be perfectly honest.
