These eps were absolutely INCREDIBLE. People need to stop sleeping on this show
im hoping this season is better than the second. too many skippable episodes last time
@@MasterRyuujiwhat even happened last season apart from techs death
@@lukeford9803clone troopers officially got replaced in da senate
@@lukeford9803 exactly my point..
Season 1 was fantastic loved everything about it.
Season 2 almost everything just bore me to tears, Sid was overused by a whole season.
So far season 3 is looking good though.
Omega doesnt grow faster.
Right, omega ages normally like Boba Fett (alpha)
Exactly
Exactly.
Exactly
Exactly
Crosshair actually switches to stun only AFTER Omega tells him Emerie is a clone
i think in the season 1 finale we learn that omega is actually older than the rest of the bad batch so she seems to be sort of like boba that way
one small correction for 16:37
Thrawn just graduated from the royal imperial academy on coruscant during season 3. There's no way Palpatine would've told him project necromancy
also, S3 E1 is the first time Crosshair says Omega's name
2
Hemlock taunted Hunter with Techs goggles at the end of season 2
technically, if memory serves, hemlock recovered them & gave them to hunter
TECHnically
@@theomarvin7989 All roads lead to tech ;-;
This is true
Mox is voiced by Attack of the Clones and TCW's Young Boba, Daniel Logan.
Surprised that he wasn't mentioned, he was so easy to recognize.
I was miffed this was not mentioned in the break down.
I thought one of those cadets was voiced by the Clone Wars actor
He sounded so off compared to the other cadets
Snoke has always looked like a cross between a Kaminoan and human to me.
In Timothy Zahn's Thrawn trilogy, it said that Mount Tantiss was basically the Emperor's personal storage facility, where he put anything that interested him. So if they took inspiration from that, it's likely the Emperor was part of the creation of the base.
Yeah, I think Weyland was also the name of the planet it was on.
Well played. Knew I’d seen the word Tantiss before
@@MistbornPrincesspretty sure it was called “Wayland” in the thrawn trilogy
The larger projects are a reference to the Zilo beast
This was a perfect set of episodes to release together!
Yeah the sarlac thing gave me Gravemind vibes assuming it controls all the tentacles spread throughout the jungle
Agreed - episode one was (necessarily) a bit slower, and people may not have been keen to wait a week for something with a bit more action to it.
Would just like to point out one mistake, it wasn't the lyrca hounds that killed the troopers from the crashed shuttle, but those big things that you saw in episode 3 the lyrca hounds fighting against, they specifically said they were too far off the base to be protected by the hounds.
Star Wars Animation continues to be the best part of Star Wars.
mox was voiced by daniel logan, who played the young clones in the clone wars as well as young boba in ep 2
I've watched so many other videos like this, I'm glad you got the Lurca's name right others were like "Betcha" "Betche" "Batcha" The subtitles literally say "BATCHER"
Why didn't you mention Daniel Logan!?
Also the ships are V-wings not B-wings 😊
yall really need to look into Heir to the Empire, ngl. Tantis came from there first. Wayland too. Tantis is Palpatine's private storehouse and research facility
the Pyke that Hunter and Wrecker bring to the Durand's is also voiced by the same actor who voiced him when he cut off Roland's horn: Liam O'Brian.
It wouldn’t be Thrawn that finds Sidious work unnatural, most likely Tarkin or Vader. Thrawn wouldn’t be around at this point. He didn’t join until the Empire was more established & TIE fighters were used. Remember, as a lieutenant shortly after joining he suggests TIE training as a punishment for fellow students in the novel.
"The dark side of the Force, is a pathway to MANY abilities SOME consider to be UNNATURAL"
The crawly things really reminded me of Halo's Flood more than anything else....
All the dead preserved Jedi we see in Kenobi are more likely the source of the blood being mixed with the Clone Blood
I don’t know if they’ve explicitly said that it’s Palpatine’s blood. It could just be blood from force sensitive people, like all the Jedi they’ve captured.
I thought for sure the Vault was like the one on NUR with all the Jedi in "amber".
Given they need it to match or produce a higher M-Count for that particular sample and donar. I'd imagine it would be for Palpatine. He's just not giving them that detail. There is only one being Palpatine cares about and that's his thing. All others are sacrifices for him.
I think the blood is not necessarily from Palpatine. It can be any sample with a high count of midchlorians.
Yeah, Palpatine would only need to provide a sample for the final cloning phase not for basic tests.
Someone said vader and im now saying vader as well 😂
There were all those Jedi imprisoned in the Obi Wan series in the inquisitor castle! That’d be all I can think of.
Omega is like Alpha (Boba) an unaltered clone of Jango
JJ: somehow Palpatine has returned.
Filoni: it's fine, I'll fix it...
😂❤
4:30 Omega doesn’t age faster.
Filoni really knows how to make a SW fan cry. 😢❤
"Leeeeeroooooy Jeeeeenkins."😂
I feel like the machine containing/testing the blood specimens was deliberately designed to look a bit like the imperial logo. It seemed symbolic in its design. A great start to the season. Can’t wait to hopefully see more of this facility in the future.
My question is, will we see a live action adult version of Omega in the Mandalorian and Grogu movie with Boba Fett?
that would be peak
Yes we need
Considering the Emperor manages to make a clone capable of having the force one could assume they Loose in the end
Just following orders is also probably a reference to: "Good soldiers follow orders" the thing clones say when undergoing order 66
So great to be back with more Star Wars content again!!
I refuse to believe Tech is dead. No body, no death.
The ticking clock heading towards midnight made me think of the Doomsday clock that represents the likelihood of a human-made global catastrophe if it midnight.
It may not be Sidious' blood. It could be Grogu or any other Force sensitive being captured by the Empire.
It could be Vader's.
@@TheDarkPorkinsthis honestly makes the most sense
@@TheDarkPorkins No, it's not burnt and doesn't smell like bacon
Stamina chart looks like a pie of how much energy you have left.
Speed is like the blur of running in the wind.
Strength is how one side dominates the chart.
The other clone is omegas sister this was confirmed last season
6:55 - Didn't Dr. Hemloc throw Tech's goggles to Hunter last season?
He did. He could’ve been lying about have had found Tech’s corpse with the goggles though ngl
Just watching these episodes make me want more already
Now I want the Tales of the Jedi episode that is just yoda and bendu chilling out and talking shop.
They did not "recover" Tech's glasses. Hemlock gave them to them.
Those vine pieces running around also reminded me of the headcrabs from Half-Life
How did you not reference the Zillow beast as the larger project?
Do we know for sure that it’s Palpatine’s blood they’re using? I thought it might be possible for them to use a captured force sensitive being or Jedi so that they have an unlimited supply of blood while in the early stages of the experiments. I’m sure they’ll use Palpatine’s blood eventually, but it seems a little early in the process for him to be donating as much blood as they’re using.
It didn't make any sense to me that they kept testing Omega over and over and over again.
I wondered about that too. It's a plot point that sets up a ticking clock later, i know, but testing the same Clones over and over again doesnt make sense. And even Hemlock said that Crosshair was ruled out long ago.
Yes, this was really strange. A possible explanation for this is that they manipulated with the force-user's blood every time and added it to Omega's blood in different proportions or added some other elements to the mixture as well.
So glad that nome of the young clones died hopefully they reappear in future episodes
Probably when Pabu is invaded
I thought the monster in episode 2 looked a little bit like the creature on Umbara that almost swallows fives.
It could be an inquisitor's blood, or possibly even Vader's, until they get the technique for maintaining the M count finalized.
I like that Crosshair's habit of steadying his hand mirrors Hemlock's habit of menacingly holding his gloved hand.
Thanks guys, once again you do not disappoint with these videos!
Looking forward to watching all the other breakdowns for the series ❤
Love this series
…or it could be lightning.
🤣❤️
Great work 😊
I'm surprised y'all didn't catch the Force Awakens reference when Crosshair was distracting the guards.
10:40 it was reminding me of the Kraken in Dead Man’s Chest
10:30 i believe it is actually the same creature as the ibdis maw from fallen order
Weyland is the planet that Mount Tantiss is on, not the one Hunter and Wrecker were on in the 2nd episode
Glad someone mentioned this.
Hemlock had Tech's broken goggles and they took it from him in the finale I believe of season 2.
What about vaders blood, the inquisitors blood or any of the rogue jedis blood.
10:42 that's a spicy meatball XD
Unless Disney wants to retcon the timeline, I don’t think Thrawn is with the Empire yet. At the very least he’s still at an officer’s school on Coruscant with Eli Vanto, not someone who’s opinion would be of any importance to the Emperor.
Thrawn in canon has been there since the republic as he did missions with Anakin
This was some of the best star wars I've seen
How was there NO mention of all the other Dr. Emerie's working on Tantiss??
Because there aren't others.
Loving these first 3 eps! excited for the rest of the season!....also want to point out that Daniel Logan (Boba fett in Attack of the clones) voices Mox!
Does anyone else wonder what (if anything) the reason is for Hemlock wearing only one glove? As can be seen at 5:33 and 11:39, so it's obviously "a thing".
He thinks it makes him look cool :P
He’s always fidgeting with his gloved hand so it’s probably some injury or prosthetic hand
That's my suspicion too @@PixlPlayer
Palpatine has a mechanical hand thing going on, yes?
All of Star Wars has tbh @@llofdarkwater9152
The slighervine looks like a sarlac pitt. Specially in the end scene with the teeth. My guess is that when you bring a plant that’s usually used to a dry and hot environment into a rainforest it would overgrow!
Read from a certain point of view return of the Jedi. The story My mouth is always open explains that the sarlacc is actually from a jungle world and landed on Tatooine when it was covered in water and forest.
Annnd ... Hello, Beastie.

First thought the plants are experiments on the Dhrengir
That would be terrifying!! And cool!
the sentient beings cut off from the vines at first didn't remind me of face huggers, but instead the flood infection from the halo games
... who knows, maybe project necromancer is js a spartan programe, just in star wars
Holy Hell, as an Original 77 kid it is awesome to see you track down. in my day it was simple 3 movies. Bantha Tracks and that was basically it..
Thrawn WAS part of the empire at this point, but as its 19 or 18 BBY, he was just leaving the academy/a junior officer on a small ship.
I watched these episode at 4 am last night and waited all day for this💀💀
Julian did a really good job voicing the cadets. There were several moments when I thought he sounds like a young Temuera
By the way thrawn would only be a cadet at this point. Probably just been grabbed by the empire
Thrawn wouldn't be in a high enough ranking position at this point in the Empire's life for Palpatine to be referencing him at 16:18. It took him years (5 if I remember correctly) to climb the ranks to become Admiral or Grand Admiral.
Major live action potential for those young clone cadets
PLEASE keep breaking down this
So happy to have good content back from Disney 😞🙌🏽
It's funny to think that it looks like Corsair tired to pull a Jedi mind trick kind of thing in 14:26. "you will unlock this door and give me your weapon 👋" how didn't this get mentioned lmao
17:05 may be if you try activate all at once the system over heat?
So that’s why the emperor looks like that. He’s not old he is just anemic from all the blood he as donated!
😂
Episodes 1 and 3. Was some of the best Star Wars of all time. Excellent episodes.
Weyland is not from the Alien franchise. It's from the Heir to the Empire book series.
I would like to know what happened to the other clones that played a major role in the clone wars series. then talking about, for example, baccara, neyo, bly and the rest of the commanders and captains
7:48 - now i realize why i was subconsciously expecting them to stab someone with a pen from their prison wallet LMAO
1:19 Plo Koon used lightning (Force Judgement)
WAYLAND which was named in the original Thrawn Trilogy.
I didn’t even know there was a season 2
The whole mountain looks like it was probably a sith temple that was retrofitted as a prison/lab
Gonna NIT PICK:
1. There's only 5 days in a week in Star Wars, so Omega scratching 21 days is starting week 5, not ending 3
2. It could be the Emperor's blood, but it could also be Grogu's, or even Vader's, or the Inquisatorius.
Regarding days in a week
I played resident evil 4, that dog thing coming back didnt surprise me!
The older young clone is voiced by Daniel Logan, attack of the clones Boba
"Experience outranks everything"
Omega ages normally. Also, I think Omega may lead us to Snoke, not to Reys father. Reys father will be be created in 2aby. Also the "Abomination" mention is a reference to Reys father as that is what Palpatine names him when he is created but doesn't have the Force.
Best channel on RUclips
Omg yes
He's amazing
I wonder if Dr. Hemlock & Dr. Pershing have worked together
Someone said that the reason crosshair, wrecker, and hunters helmets are in the opening is because theyll be the only ones alive at the end of the series and i havent been able to rest easy
Could one of the pieces of the process involve a Night Sister or descendant for their dark magic and resurrection ability?
At this point in the timeline I don't think Thrawn was even close to being a significant player in the Empire.
