Damn 84 pounds seems expensive for wheel alignment I always get mine done for 35. Also picked up my z4 18i last week, same spec and colour as yours haha
I am doing my best to use up the run flats on my Z4 I will try the Michelin Cup Sport 2 to compensate for chassis behaviour. Probably won't work, but I have always wanted some really sporty rubber on my car, so let's give it a go.... I do enjoy putting the traction control all off and pushing the back out around tight corners..... it's fun in a roadster.
I had the factory fitted Bridgestone RE050A1 run flat tyres on my 2016 Z4. I needed new tyres and wasn’t sure what to buy. I checked out the RE050A1 tyres and read many lousy reviews so decided to search for something different. I ended up going for the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 Zero Pressure tyre at a total cost of £680 for 4 tyres. The Pilot Sport 4S are not available for my 18” wheels so discounted them. I also read that the Pilot Sport 4S are generally for track work etc.
I kept with the run flat tyres for safety reason as they are very safe should you have a tyre blow out at speed. I also read that you need to advise your insurance company if moving away from run flat tyres.
My e89 tyre replacement cost 1,250.00 for the whole set. You got a great deal!

ive just done a change to my e89 went from potenza runflats to standard. Went for toyo proxy sport running on 18s and honestly you're missing out the ride comfort went from back breaking to an absolute charm!! Fully aligned fitted tracking all the jazz for under 500. Purchased me a tyre repair kit incase of any issues or emergency itl scoop my wheel with some foam to get me to the nearest garage for a change (technically runflats if you look at it from that perspective).

What size are your wheels as my Bridgestone potenza rft tyres where £102 each for the rear wheels on my E89 Z4 which I had done last month . Mine are 17 inch. £202 seems way over priced for Bridgestones as you paid double the price of what I paid 😬

I don't run with runflat tires on my Z. I do have insurance so that if I have a tire failure at least I get a trip to a tire shop avoiding additional damage to my vehicle. Note, Bridgestones do have a harsher and noiser ride. Also, BMW has a special way of doing wheel alignments; first they require that you have a full tank of gas and then they add 150 pounds of weight (68 kilos) to the drivers side to approximate a driver sitting in place. Then they align the wheels. Still this was a nice video and your Z and wheels look really good.

Its running on 19's hso 200 each is average. But man, the state of those wheels, minging. And those tyres are well gone. For a car guy how did you let it go so far?
Now get GY Asymmetric in runflats if you want. I have nonrft with space saver in boot, had that 7 years now and never needed it.
