Why can't you be anxious and grateful at the same time?? I could be anxious about getting to a destination ASAP but being grateful at the same time of not getting into an accident or being grateful for my health

It's gonna happen whether it's menapause or NOT....salt &* lack of water ....anything ....i get up all night & all day with HOT flashes....got used to 'em....just plow thru

menapause judy go get some natural products for the hot flashes i went cold turkey never had any hot flashes
