  • Welcome back to the adventure with this remote cold plunging alone in sub zero temperatures.
First off I want to state that I do not suggest anyone go out and try this on their own. I have spent many years working on cold exposure and have spent more than a decade out in the wilderness and felt that combining the two was within my capacity.
This was something I felt a calling to do in a place that I love and practising something that fuels my existence. With high risks come high rewards.
This solo journey was taking things to new levels for me and my own system regulation.
The endurance of the hike/ snowshoe paired with the cutting of the hole and then the act of cold exposure and re heating my body took a lot of focus and energy.
Like I stated in the beginning of the video, I only had an intention and not an expectation.
I set the intention and safely finished what I started.
Thanks for reading if you made it this far. And if you did please remember to subscribe for the next adventure!

Thanks for taking us along for the adventure. Thank you posting and sharing the footage. I think you know my cold exposure. Haha. Our biweekly cold plunges. Among other random times I decide to expose myself to cold. Haha. Love me my solo adventures.

I've had many many enjoyable hours of silence and solitude, alone with my thoughts inside a motorbike helmet. Then my boss told me to take it off when I was at work 😉.
