I always get goosebumps at 1:35 when they raised the curtains revealing the solidarity of New Directions as a show choir led by Finn's and Rachel's powerful notes.
This performance has always been my favorite throughout the show and nothing would ever chance that

Originally, New Directions were going to win at Regionals because Ryan Murphy believed Glee wouldn't be renewed; however, Fox renewed Glee for a second season and thus Murphy decided that New Directions would lose so that in season 2 there would be more effort, and they would be more willing to win Regionals

This is a beautiful mash up but what bugs me is looking at the comments and seeing every other one saying “rip Cory”. It’s sad that he’s gone but shouldn’t we remember him for the life he had not that he’s gone. He would want us to remember the good times like this, and not that he’s gone. So please remember Cory for how he lives his beautiful life and think of him as he’s still here right behind you. I think the best comments are the ones talking about his amazing voice and attitude not the ones that highlighted his death only. Beautiful job everyone and a beautiful mashup done beautiful people

The best decision the show made post season 3 was to bring Cory back as a teacher. We miss you Cory, gone but will never be forgotten.

It’s horrible he took his own life instead of working on his issues and it’s sad he died young because he could have had a better life. How I wished they had saved this performance til season 3 as the one to win Nationals with! This is by far my favourite performance of the New Directions and the acting is just perfect. They ended up winning with songs that had no emotional resonance at all. This performance would have been a perfect callback to their roots and winning with something that is so deeply connected to the group would have been *chefs kiss.

I was at the Journey Concert in Canton Ohio and when they played don't stop believing I lost it. I love that song sooo much because of Glee. OMG I never realized the red piano. Journey has the same look a like piano. lol

This episode reminds me of something. My junior year, we had a pregnant choir member and we were wondering if she would go into labor during our competition. She actually ended up giving birth a week before, but it was interesting.
This was my favorite Glee performance of any season. I loved every single song they did. Not just one and liked the others. I loved every single one.
