Actually Rachel sings Finn's part, as a tribute to him I believe, the writers and producers felt it was only right Lea sang Cory's part, so Kurt as Finn's brother sang Rachel's part, in his lower register as a small tribute as well.

i cried when they lifted that arm in a line like in the first version but this time the line they made was like three times longer and the camera had to turn to show all of them, it was really emotional to see how far they got
but at that point, it was so overused, and they can't do it twice in the finale. I think that I Lived was a good choice, because it's true. With every broken bone, they lived.
The way Will goes from looking at the OGs on stage to turning left and seeing the newcomers enter the auditorium was such a great moment 😭 My favorite performance in the show
So, everyone noticed that they have the original 6(minus Finn) at first on stage. But something I think people miss is that they also have all the s1 cast together before the others join. The O5+ Puck, Quinn, Santana, Brittany and Mike. They're all part of the original Glee club.

I feel like this was actually a good conclusion for the series, you could tell they maybe wanted to end things here because they called back all the members from the previous seasons and everything, until glee was renewed for season 6. Not to bash on s6 or anything, but if this had been the end of glee, it would be a satisfying song to end with.

I like the contrast for rachel in this version. The 1st time they sang this in S1, she was belting it out and her voice pretty much drowned out all of the others even during the chorus. but now her voice was balanced perfectly with the others in the group. they were all equal

Guys, look at the order of the characters, in the beginning it's the original 5, then when their singing strangers waitinv you see the additional glee members from season one (Except Matt) then aftee you see everyone else come in (Except Rory and Christian) and stande by the steps. If you notice when Mr.Schue is heading up to the stage the order of the glee members on the steps start from Sam then blaine then everyone else (One problem tho is that Unique should be standing next to Blaine since she first appeared in season 3 and not season 4 but it's ok)
So many years later, whenever the world news is shit or I’m having a tough time- I hear this song or watch another one from Glee, and for a moment, the tears of joy and gratitude flow. So grateful for this show. It was a connection to my son when he was young and with me.

I think Kurt's low part was definitely a nod to Finn, but I want to remind everyone of something: Finn sang the first part, the part that Rachel sings here. I feel like it's a way of showing that his memory will always live on in her. Rachel will always carry on Finn's legacy.

Guys, look at the order of the characters, in the beginning it's the original 5, then when their singing strangers waitinv you see the additional glee members from season one (Except Matt) then aftee you see everyone else come in (Except Rory and Christian) and stande by the steps. If you notice when Mr.Schue is heading up to the stage the order of the glee members on the steps start from Sam then blaine then everyone else (One problem tho is that Unique should be standing next to Blaine since she first appeared in season 3 and not season 4 but it's ok)

So many years later, whenever the world news is shit or I’m having a tough time- I hear this song or watch another one from Glee, and for a moment, the tears of joy and gratitude flow. So grateful for this show. It was a connection to my son when he was young and with me.

I think Kurt's low part was definitely a nod to Finn, but I want to remind everyone of something: Finn sang the first part, the part that Rachel sings here. I feel like it's a way of showing that his memory will always live on in her. Rachel will always carry on Finn's legacy.

I was waiting for Finn entrance. Then I remembered that is dead and I felt so sad. This song could never be the same without him. Glee could never be the same without him. He was so important and talented, his voice was beautiful and I miss him everyday. I miss the Original Six (Rachel, Finn,Kurt, Mercedes, Artie and Tina) and the first Glee Club. Don't Stop Believing is Glee's song and it would be forever. Rest In Peace Cory. Even if it's hard without you the show must go...all over the place...or something♥

this song makes me cry because glee became my favorite show since my childhood days. I'm 9 years old when season 1 was air on tv and until the final season, I watch it. now I'm 20 years old but still, I still missed this show. we will those three now their are now watching us above.
