I like the jail bars going halfway across, not all the way
I love the sandwich shop and beach boardwalk! A tree or two might be nice to separate nook's cranny from the cafe. For fillers I keep thinking about a farmer's market with an outdoor music area.

You could put your lighthouse on the rocks right by Nooks if you still wanted to put it somewhere
