Oh Bree i have GERD as well and stress seems to be a big trigger, i ended up getting an endoscopy and I also have a hiatel hernia, so something to look into. I ended up cleaning up my diet and no more smoking cigarettes and that has tremendously helped! I hope you feel better!

We use that pill in vet med… we give it to pets in a slurry form, ask your doctor if you can do that to. You just put it in a syringe with water and drink it. Might be easier to take if it can be done that way!

GERD sucks, I started getting it when I was pregnant with my son. My stomach hasn't been the same since. I hope you feel better soon. It's always great hanging out with you. I seeing Avril always makes me smile. I love you ❤️🖤

I deal with gastroparesis with one of the symptoms being GERD. Completely understand that it sucks. I've had it cause me chest pain before and they give you the "tummy cocktail" which helps tremendously.
Ugh I've had stomach issues since I was 20. I threw up the lining of my stomach from an infection and it's never been the same. Feel better Bree ❤

Hey Bree ❤ I get the same acid reflux from stress. It SUCKS. I have to take Prilosec but double the dose, my doctor said it's OK. and just kinda wait for it to stop. Mine flares up that bad with stress.

Yeah I'm wondering if mine was stress induced. I've had a lot going on lately and even though I didn't feel stressed I wonder if my body was and now it's attacking me for it. Lol

I know how you feel. I've had GERD for many many years and am medicated for it, have to take pills 2 times a day every day for the rest of my life luckily for me mine are small round ones. Sometimes even if I take my meds I get flare ups that feel like hell fire cause it burns so bad, I've been woken up plenty of times in my sleep choking on acid struggling to breath.
I have GERD and stomach ulcers and girl...I FEEL YOUR PAIN. Gastrointestinal issues freaking SUCK. I hope your flare ups are far and few in between 💕 or even gone hopefully

My partner has GERD as well but luckily he doesn’t experience too many symptoms. I have IBS so I understand gastrointestinal pains and how debilitating it can be. I always love your sarcasm it reminds me of myself haha. Hope you’re feeling better.

I hope you are feeling better. I also suffer from gastrointestinal issues at times which I think is attributed to stress and possibly irritable bowel syndrome. It is a painful bitch!
Yeah its absolutely miserable! I hate it. I'm thinking maybe stress triggered mine because that's what it was last time. But this flare up seems to be lasting way longer and more painful than ever before. It hadn't been an easy couple weeks lol

I hope you're feeling better! I get killer stomach pains. Feels like rocks in my actual stomach if I eat something my body doesn't like. No medicine helped me, I just had to cut stuff from my diet.
I take larger pills with applesauce. Something about the texture keeping the pill off my tongue helps me swallow better.
The music you use at the end reminds me off a song in School of Rock. I think it is towards the end of the film when they are in competition 🤔😍

I also suffer from reflux too! So I know your pain! tbh tho once I stopped drinking caffeine it actually stopped and now my stomach feels a lot better now! I hope you feel better soon! loved the vlog! 🎃🎃

I had a swallowing debacle and they had me do an endoscopy and they found two ulcers, a restricted esophogus, schatzkis ring, and gastritis. The protonix they gave me and what a night and day difference! It made such a difference to get away from acidic stuff. I felt like I didn't have much of a choice. Once i felt better than I was happy to get away from acidic stuff. I have been using a vape mod with juice that doesn't have ice or menthol in it and I like it. The "ice" just doesn't hit. One thing that helps is not doing it at night. So like anytime after 6 I stopped and it made a huge difference.

I have to take giant pills too. I have to choke them down because when I cut them in half they seem to scratch all the way down my throat. I hope you feel better❤
Feel better Bree. OMG the orange juice was hilarious but shitty 😂 It must've been fermenting in the fridge causing the gas buildup!! Also you should stay away from oj because that'll add to your heartburn and belly issues. See you soon and I know your purse collection but seeing it all in one video will be awesome 👜👛👝🎒❤

I can't take my pills with anything else except orange juice. I don't know why but orange juice is the only thing that helps lol

I have HORRIBLE acid reflux as well. I need to go to the doctor for it. Mine happens maybe every other month and it has no trigger. Most heartburn it’s if you eat something spicy or acidic, not mine. And it will last for hours and I can’t sleep,it’s hard to breathe, it’s a ton of pressure on my chest. Like you said the pain happens every 15 to 30 seconds it’s like contractions lol. The pain starts off spread apart then ramps up until I throw up and then the pain is still there and after it’s over the day after I have like a hangover pain lingering in my chest

Make sure it's not your gallbladder cause the same thing actually happened to my mother with heartburn for years after suffering of what she thought was heartburn for years was actually a gallbladder attack every time and during the pandemic she had a really bad attack. She thought it was heartburn again but then ended up going to the emergency room and turns out her gallbladder was about to rupture. So all those years it was her just thinking it was heartburn but no turns out it was her gallbladder. She is so lucky that she listened to my aunt and went to the emergency room when she did.
I plan on calling the doctor next week for sure to make sure everything's good. I may need an endoscopy too to see what's going on down there. It's been a rough week.

I have problems taking big pills too. You might consider if it comes in liquid form. If the pill's bigger than an allegra, I'll ask if it comes in liquid form.
Yeah I found out a few days later that this medication comes in liquid. I wish I would've known or asked right then because I would've asked for that 100%! Lol
Girl please have your gallbladder looked at!!! I had very similar problems and it turned out to be my gallbladder leaking acid and I ended up needing a surgery to have it removed or it would have killed me.

Gastritis is so painful. I had it the christmas before last. I felt like I was in labour.
It's terrible. Feels like a demon trying to claw its way up my through my stomach and esophagus I swear. Lol

I just had my gallbladder removed and I had the same exact symptoms as you do. I ended up having gallstones all in my gallbladder and the after surgery has been so rough for me.
My mom thinks it's my gallbladder too
Ughhhh I also suffer from acid reflux and it’s terrible. I get it once every year it seems. Prilosec always helps me but not immediately 😭

I won't do that unless it's absolutely 1000% necessary. Health care in America is astronomically expensive. Even with health insurance. So until I feel like I'm literally on the verge of death I won't do anything major. 😂

Wondering if it’s an ulcer or even gallbladder… I had gallbladder attacks and ended up having removed but those attacks were more stabbing feeling and literally took my breath away like I had the wind knocked out of me
Yeah I haven't had any stabbing pain just that bowling ball feeling and always a sour feeling stomach. 😕 but it still could be my gallbladder for sure. My mom had this same issue and it was her gallbladder so we'll see what happens!

Yes I plan on it! My doctor tried telling me I was too young to have that happen but u don't agree with that. I feel like a gallbladder can have issues at any age!

Gerd is extremely painful,when I get gerd,I have months last one 4 months I have a hard time breathing,can't take a deep breath,it strips your asaphigus extremely aweful

Idk if it helps, but my husband showed me how to swallow pills easier. He puts some water in his mouth, holds it, tilts up, pills in mouth, and swallow. For some reason it’s easier if the liquid is already in my mouth cause then I don’t feel the pills at all.
I've tried that before and it does help! The sucky thing with these meds is the second they get wet, they swell really big so when I tried that with this med in particular I choked. 😂
