I saw a video of how the Bakflip MX4 held up after a year and honestly it was disappointing considering it was $1,000+. Then I saw a video of how this one held up after a year and the only thing that was bad was the logo was discolored lol. For $200, its hard to beat.
Just drove it through the car wash..no issues!! A couple of drops of water through carwash so light to heavy rain non issue..! Definitely not theft proof but that's a different option..$200 worth it

I got this for my Jeep Gladiator and it's great. I didnt' have issue with getting it to seal in the front because I used the weather stripping that came in the box across the front of the bed. You don't need to overtorque the front brackets, just use the materials that came with the cover!
The lifting in the front and by the tailgate drove me crazy for the first few days, thought I installed wrong but that’s just how it is! 😂 Decent cover tho especially for the price.
Nice I had an 899 dollar BAK revolver it didn't last five years. I replaced it with the gator SFX from real truck 264.41 total so amazon is more afordable

I had this on my Chevy Colorado and I have a business that I do festival vending with and I always was able to just leave all of my stuff inside with this cover on. I really liked it. I just bought a Silverado and had to buy another. For $200 cant beat it. It lasted on my colorado for the 4 years I had it and still looked great. My silverado cover does have a pretty good fit only where the folds are does it stick up a bit. I'm hoping that itll mold with time.
Mine has the same spots in the folds. I gotta be honest, I had to take mine off for a bit and put it back on. It doesn’t really fit as well once it was back on, but still seals well

Honestly it’s held up really well. It doesn’t handle being taken on and off that well, just because it’s hard to center well, but it still works great for me!
I've had mine for 5 years never had the 1st leak. Has faded a little from sun but what do you do. It's never came loose or made noise. It can be taken off and put back on in 10 min.
How hard is it to remove the whole thing? I frequently put my dirt bikes in the back so I've been considering the roll up version but the tri fold seems so much better

Question please! I'm getting rain inside. The directions stated push it against cab. Do you have yours completely against cab? Or is yours just flat on that rail near cab? I am slightly forward there, and then at rear barely covers. Water thru the rear.
No mine is not touching the cab. I lined it up so it’s evenly spaced around the bed, approximately.5” inside the rails all the way around. If it’s leaking, you also might want to use the additional seal stripping they sent

The hard tops are always nice, but if you’re not planning on storing stuff in the bed for a long time then I think the soft one is the way to go. Only a couple hundred dollar difference but why not save it

I have the cheap rough country soft trifold cover and I absolutely love it. I'm like you I just want a cover to keep the elements out. I have tried the expensive covers and all of them have either leaked water into the bed or had issues with something breaking. I can honestly take my rough country through a car wash and my stuff is bone dry in the bed. Cover is 3yo now and still looks and works great. I'll never go back to an expensive cover again.

Yeah it is a little annoying. But all in all it does what I need it to do for way cheaper then the competition so I’ll put up with it

Yeah you can. Or you can fold two thirds of it up and out of the way

It’s honestly really easy to remove. However, if I were loading a bike in it frequently, I’d probably go with the role up

No and no. I have had no issues with it at all. I think some people may not tighten it down enough

I’m not sure how similar it is to the gator. But it’s not loud at all on the highway and yes I actually saved gas. Only on the highway though
