What amazing control to be able to play so well without a single hiccup with such a difficult piece. Truly impressive. Really admirable to see horn players this phenomenal, inspires me to do even better with my own horn playing.
@@daanbusch6255 That's not necessarily indicating that they're amateurs, it just means they were given it to eliminate the chance of mistake. No matter how good a group is, they can slip up, I myself have seen professional choirs that give starting notes and amateur choirs that do not, yet both sound good. It does not reflect their ability by any means.
@@kori_seawolf sorry brother but it is. At higher level it is required that you are able to remember the starting notes. It's a really small thing but quite important. Sorry bro I wouldn't argue if I didn't have some expertise in this field.

Duel of the Fates remains one of my favourite soundtracks of all time -- and everyone here did splendidly! I could never play a trumpet/horn or any similar instrument, I would simply suffocate. Kudos!

yeah, but just imagine how much more difficult this piece would be if it was up to tempo. it's already such a difficult piece to begin with, and at the correct tempo, it'd be dang near impossible.

Sorry but that choir are a bunch of amateurs. Those 4 notes at the beginning are the starting notes of the choir.
