The song is from the Chinese Movie, Wu Kong - who is, as someone said, The Monkey King. According to the legend, Wu Kong was imprisoned in slumber for 500 years, and this song is after he was released - the ballad parts are him questioning his own existence and purpose, and the rap parts are him expressing anger and aggression toward those who imprisoned him. You won't regret this journey - Hua Hua is one of the most talented artists in existence today, perhaps ever.

Whatever he composed, I haven’t seen any cover can compare with himself. I know this song from somebody’s cover in the voice of China, back then I don’t know about Huahua yet. All I felt was this is a hard song to sing. Then maybe 1 or 2 years later I saw about huahua’s, and realized oh this what this song should be felt, totally different vibe❤
Yes, the two different genres fighting each other, just as the sides battled in the Movie. This song (which he wrote) won the prize for best song on this series, as well as lots of other prizes too. This doesn't scratch the surface of his abilities.. Rock, Rap, Reggae, Pop, SynthPop, Electronic, Broadway, Accoustic, Traditional Chinese.... And his appearance changes all the time. He fully embraces the character in his mind for each performance. He was REN, 10 years before REN.

I was thinking the same thing in reference to Ren. When reactors view Ren, I always think of Hua when they say they never seen anyone like Ren.
