That's a nice collection. I also like to see these older castings. The new ones are of course always fine but old is old and harder to get especially in a condition like the MID4 (although with MC Toys it is perhabs not so clear how old it is because MC did use the old Matchbox wheels for quite a while). Interesting to see the Peugeot 407 Elixir and the comparison with the Break. The Chrysler Atlantic and the Peugeot 4002 were the fanciest concept cars in this collection. Ah Demolition Man, one of my top favorite movies - but the only thing I can remember from the futuristic cars was the crash in the police car with all the foam inside of it. I just took a look on my collection but it seems like I don't have many concept cars. Just two Holden Commodore Coupés - at the end it got a few little changes and became the Holden Monaro.
Thanks Sven , MC Toys was the first name for Maisto and the name change occurred somewhere in the Early 90's , according to wikipedia MC toys was founded in 1967 but their 3inches toys came later-on (1980's)
Even though I try to avoid buying concept cars nowadays, I have quite a few of them and found this video very interesting. The inserted pictures of the real cars sure are a welcome bonus. I can notice an improvement in your English speaking already 👍
Awesome collection of concept cars, and interesting stories about them 🙂👍 I think the Demolition Man cars are my favourite, great movie. Yesterday saw from tv the i, Robot movie, which has interesting futuristic looking Audi concept car, looks like futuristic version of Audi R8. I only have Pontiac Banshee concept car by Hotwheels, and the car that came out of it, the 4th gen Pontiac Firebird in multiple scales.
