I could only have 10 by the end of my playthrough , how do I get the last one ?
Same! I've seen people carry 11 and I can't for the life of my figure out why.
I’m at 7 at the main boss. Terrible guides for this
You can get 11 after the final boss I think
@jaysgun1 same man and I'm trying to find out how to get to 10 but they all tell me to buy them at the chair. Nothing's helpfully to far
@jaysgun1 I found out how to do it. When sitting in the chair there's little sub sections to add to activate them and in the survive section there's 2 or 3 that says add an extra pulse cell
I had 3 before watchman and in a playtrou a dude hot 4
