    Maybe it would create a Bucky ball where 1 carbon atom is bonded to 3 other carbon atoms forming Buckminster fullurene.

    03:54 No, I don't think that it would the purest form of diamond/carbon because the atoms at the surface of that structure will not be able to make bonds at 109.5° angle.

    C60 is the allotrope of carbon in which the carbon atoms are arranged in a molecule in such a mannar that they look like a football..it is aka 'fullerene' named after an architect Buckminster Buck Fullerene whose building looked like that...

    yes.. an allotrope of carbon fullerene as a similar structure without dangling electrons around...and hence it is considered as the purest form of carbon...however it is very rare in nature

    I don't think that it would be the purest form of the diamond because the atoms at the surface of that structure will not be able to make bonds at a 109.5° angle. It will be 360 right. I liked your explanation maam
