depending on price organic avacado and mejool dates (3-5) in the smoothie would be quite beneficial as dates have muccopolysaccharides which help w cartilidge

Ugh! I think it’s only Ireland that eats those cheese and onion chips/crisps. I don’t know of anyone else that has them.
They’re SO bloody awful! Worst thing Ive ever eaten! Loved everything about Ireland!, except these chips/crisps!
We have cheese and onion chips here in Canada, and they are soooo good.

@@williamlinegar695 I live in this country and I too have been all over it. They aren't hard to find. Humpty Dumpty, Lays, Kettle and Pringles all make cheese and onion chips.
