Above 1800cc u have to consult custom, we dont have any calculator for luxury cars

I am planning to import a honda vezel Z hybrid (1499 cc) car in January 2024. Can you tell me up to which year we are allowed to import vezel as it's compact SUV. Should it be 2020 till 2023 ? Or 2018 till 2023 please guide.
Also one more thing my elder brother is in saudia so how can I use him to import a car under a gift deed scheme ? Is there any duty benefit.

For first question: u can import 2018-2023 if company able to load it before 1 jan 2024, as u r importing in 2024 u have to import 2019-2024,
