I had one of these in South Africa 20 years ago. They were still being made there. Great van. Perfect for four of us touring the Game Reserves like Kruger. And being able to walk between the front seats was a bonus too
I’d only change one thing, I’d weather the alloy wheels the same across the set. While this is true to life that the front get more brake dust it just draws your eyes immediately to wheels and doesn’t have a nice balance. Other than that absolutely smashing. Your work is just wow! So much respect! ✊
But you never find evenly weathered rims on a car, which never came with rear disc brakes. THIS would stand out and look wrong - as the misplaced mirrors do and the leftover military details - but not the alloy wheels. They're not stock and also were never sold in Germany, but the weathering at least is very authentic.
While I was watching this I thought about some of the videos i see of people who live in vans and customize them for living space. The 3d printed stuff is a a great touch and now I kind of want to get my hands on it to see what I could do with it.
12:35 i read as a detailing trick you can paint the backside of the clear headlight parts to make it look like the reflective dome inside of the headlight
Love the mountain bike. As always, pressision engineering. Now the hard part, trying to guess the diorama, this is always fun. Love the window rubber detail and sunstrip. Thank you for sharing.

Tolles Modell... Ich habe noch ein paar Ideen für kleine Details... Zunächst würde ich am Fahrradständer noch Lichter oder Reflektoren anbringen. Ich kenne das immer so, dass dort nochmals Lichter sein müssen, wenn das Rücklicht des PKW verdeckt wird. Anonsten würde ich ggf. noch Kennzeichen hinzufügen und ggf. Aufkleber (hat man vor allem auf Bullis immer gesehen). Innen hätte ich noch ein paar Flaschen / Zeitschriften hinzugefügt und ggf. noch Gurte. Vielleicht kannst du die Tipps noch für das Diorama berücksichtigen. Würde mich freuen wenn diese Details noch hinzukommen würden. Ansonsten TOP Video und ich freue mich schon auf das Diorama und die Geschichte die erzählt werden wird.

My grandpa had a T3 camper, we sold it when he passed but I still have one of the rims, thanks for the memories
