  • Dawn Morse and Katie Campbell of Core Elements Training demonstrate PAUVP and PACVP joint mobilisation techniques to the cervical spine.
These techniques are excellent for reducing generalised neck pain, musculoskeletal pain and disfunction within the cervical spine, along with and increasing restricted range of movement at cervical spine.
These are some examples of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited CPD short course in Manual Therapy and Joint Mobilisation, which is available as a face to face course at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire (UK).
Core Elements Training delivers a range of accredited Sports Massage and Sports Therapy based qualifications and short courses.

For those with bigger thumbs you can adjust the positioning of your hands slightly and use the side of the tumb more if it helps.
