The “don’t leave me behind” scene
During Shadowbroker DLC when Shepherd gets jelly over Ferun.
As someone who's died and gotten better, I have to say that's my favorite two lines.
Liara: You where dead for two years!
FemShep: I got Better!

I loved Liara's growth through the series and I hope she is part of ME moving forward in future games.

Honestly, apart from their developing romance in Mass Effect 1, the Shadow Broker and Citadel DLCs were my favorite parts of the trilogy- both for Shepard/Liara moments as well as for overall gameplay and emotional resonance. The Citadel DLC in particular was a master class in how to reward fans with incredible writing and amazing character moments. I play as female Shepard, and I absolutely love Jennifer and Ali’s voice acting.
I love how Ali brought up the blue babies. That line (and even the other possibilities) always felt like it should have gotten some sort of payoff like a glimpse in the epilogue at least. Though out of everything I think the entire conversation around ME3's pre-final mission romance scene was great with them looking up at the stars and the conversation post nightmare all helped make their bond feel real. I remember that whole scene sort of surprising me as something I just had never expected to see in a third person shooter, even after the first game.

I lik the scene where Liara had to get Shepard’s attention when either Ashley or Kaiden are nearly killed by Dr. Eva Core. I’ve always ever seen Liara as a friend. I am very much in camp Kaiden Alenko

I hope there will be an Asari character in the next game who got injured and half her crests are missing or disfigured, since every single Asari in the trilogy looks perfect and unharmed, even the ones who have spent centuries as a commando or merc. I think it would give a lot of depth and realism. I also want to see how alien children would look like, preferably the blue ones with the name Shepard.
The moment Liara has some final gift/melting for her. And they share that moment staring at the horizon in their shared consciousness, it makes me cry every time. Wether they are in relation or not.(did a tali and an ashley run both once)I know Shepard ain't coming back. The reason why I played the game 25 times and the ending max 10 times. Too much emotion.

Also,why did Ali Hillis stop doing voice work or isn't any body interested? A shame. Also,imagine being married to that voice,she'd get her way 100% of the time,just ask sweetly and its ok my dear.
