I could see you as a Super-intendant of a League of schools or even a University President or Dean.

Principal Kafele, I have a respectful challenge for you:
Have you considered getting your Ph.D. or D.Ed. ? The name Dr. Kafele has an amazing ring to it & I speak it into existence if the Lord wills.
Once again, thanks for all you do. Your 'Message To Your Son' videos have been life-changing. God Bless you, sir.

I appreciate the vote of confidence. There was a time in my life when it was a goal and somewhere along the way, I lost my desire. I am certified to be a superintendent in NJ but that too I have never pursued in earnest. Let's see what the future holds. I am still loving my current assignment and obviously I love the freedom of independence. I appreciate you!

Principal Kafele Speaks ... I understand. Thank you for sharing. Glad you are living out your current passion for speaking & equipping students and educators to unleash their true greatness. The passion resonates even through the screen ! (Also, no matter how young, how old, or in-between, we can always rekindle those passions for our goals. This is one of my favorite quotes: "It's never too late, to be what you might have been." - George Eliot)

it's Maurice down in Plainfield.. you know we could use you as superintendent.. the district is going through a lot and leadership has changed once again.. major budget cuts.. people moved around.. Just thought this all might be something that you might want to look into. even PHS students protested at City Hall.
