Damn, that sounds killer, even at apartment volume. I absolutely love your playing style too brother. Incredible tone all the way around. That is an incredible fuzz sound.
Thank you! I'd like to do another, when I'm less bushed and at a more reasonable hour (I think this was done at 3 AM to get it out per the release schedule.) In any case, I used this last night live and it's 100% usable. Like many, I've been through a tone of fuzzes, and they're all either too this or too that. Black Glass is so good.
I have #002. Sounds great in my fender 65 reissue and laney lionheart. One thing I noticed immediately was that I didn't have to screw around with the amp's bright switch or mess with the guitar tone knobs very much.
Tasty fuzz playing.. looking forward to getting mine in! ;> 4:00 yea, I agree I didnt expect to hear that cool 60's high end buzzy thang. At spots in your demo this fuzz it sounds like it has a rangemaster treble boost circuit in it, that's how good and distinct the high end is. Interesting... What guitar and pickups are you using?
Custom Shop Strat, made 11/11/11. I haven't done anything to it since purchasing, except change strings, so I think it has Fat 50s in there. I'd like a non rwrp middle p/up someday. Maybe a Fralin of some sort. Thanks for the comment! Hey... were you the guy selling the D.A.M. Fuzz Wah?
Priestfilms Yea.. it was a killer fuzz/wah sound, but it was a bit flimsy-ish and tricky to kick each effect in. I ended up selling it, but it was fun while I had it. Pinstripe makes some great demo videos as well and I have soft spot in my heart for fuzz and wah, lol.
