Liverpool reporter David Lynch takes you behind the scenes of the Reds' final friendly of pre-season 2023, a meeting with Bundesliga outfit Darmstadt. Check out the press box at Deepdale, take a closer look at the players' warm-ups, and see what life is like for a journalist covering Liverpool Football Club on a day-to-day basis.
Loving the top quality content you’re providing us reds this summer. You deserve all the success David!
Thank you so much for watching. Definitely more to come!
This channels is such a breath of fresh air.
I'm a Liverpool fan so obviously it's even more interesting to me but I would have watched everything even as a fan of another team.
One thing I consider very impressive is your ability to provide insightful and organized information all the time, I've seen videos following a script or even articles that are not as organized, structured and clearly presented as your updates/analysis/info.
Great job David!
Wow, thank you! Hopefully I can keep providing videos that are worth watching as the season progresses. I’ll certainly try my best!
Oh my god David i really enjoyed this so much. I have respect for journalists who are into sports. Not a easy job but as a thank you so much. Really loved your coverage. Keep going David ❤️👏
This was well enjoyable. Looking forward to more content like this. Good stuff David. 👍
Enjoying this, you can have a series of these content the whole season ill love to watch them
Dav tbh I love your content, short and precise. Great work lad keep us posted 🎉
Thank you David for the insights into a world that is alien to fans. Hopefully you'll do a little more on this in the near future.
Definitely! Learned a lot while doing this one and really looking forward to being able to take you behind the scenes at Anfield now.
Excellent vlog Dave, wishing you all the best for the new season
Nice video David, Thanks. Great views of the stadium from outside & inside, the stands and the pitch looked super, a very nice ground. I bet you would have loved to have interviewed Bill Shankly RIP, if you had a choice of anyone, past or present to interview in the world of football. When I listen to old videos of Bill he makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck, what a man. nice touch to show us the plaque where the stand is named after bill. Thanks David,
Great video finally some interesting content about Liverpool and journalism
Love this. Would love to see same video but on big games 👌keep up the great work
You're the man, DL.
Keep up the good work. This type of content/ videos are priceless for international fans who can’t see Liverpool players and game in-person.
hopefully this continues during the season it would be great getting this point of view as well :) Im guessing they knew if they did a post-match it would all be about where the hell are the signings and why do you keep letting the fans down
Keep up the great work, like you mentioned, would love to see a behind the scenes for a premier league matchday!

Top content David! I’ve always wonder what’s in the life of a reporter and see all the busy work you’ve dove!. You deserve all the success! Cheers mate 🎉
Great video, it’s different from the other LFC fan base channels - keep it up. Would be good to see the other premier league stadiums up n down the country behind the scenes
Amazing, David!
Great work David are we getting lavia today, keep up the great work really appreciate it
Boss video David! Nice one ☝️
Top content, thanks David. The first I got to see of the steward rugby tackling the kid everyone was tweeting about. Over the top! 😂
Long day! I'd be starving since no food, but I'm a fatty 😂 Good insight, can't wait for more of these at different stadiums this season
Dead interesting all that, cheers for the insight.
My Great Uncle used to be the Physio at North End and he was best mates with Tom Finney as well.
I was hoping you'd show Neil and Ian tweeting during the match... Great content anyways, keep it up!
Great stuff. I’d love to know what kit you take in your bag to a game? Do you write on paper or laptop etc?
Great video David, as per.
Would like to see a transfer orientated version of this - if there is ever any movement! If possible; would be cool
wtf that kid getting rugby tackled by the steward :O
Thanks for the video!
Great video, David! Hopefully the beginning of a new series? #adayinthelife
Great insight 👍
This type of friendlies is the best opportunity for fans who don’t get the ticket or opportunity to see the players in Anfield to see them up close and personal!
Love it❤
great vid big dave
That's a great video David. Not seen anything like that before. One thing that does make me laugh a bit is the sub-titles getting it wrong - Jurgen Klopp = You & cloth! Not much you can do about that though. Looking forward to the next video.
Ha, I think I've weeded that one out of the subtitles now!
Natural in front of camera pal.
If Blippi ever has the sh*tes…. 👀
What could be really good is an insight into who is really in control of LFC’s transfers, is it George, Klopp, someone else at LFC or the evil FSG?
This is amazing david ,Iam sure it will get better when PL and the real games start
Any news on Conor Randall ?
You're going to have to let him go Damo.
Super cool stuff, lad. You need to start using your position to leave subliminal messaging that we need some players. 😉
Side note, German fans have got to be amongst the best.
Got totally distracted trying to figure out what type of car that was and had to watch the start three times. Kia or Hyundai is my guess.
Neither! 😅
I reckon Ford Focus/Fiesta
Should be one of the frustrating jobs bringing news of turning down of a third bid for the same player
Nice try 👍👌
Its a poor show by liverpool teying to penny pinch just give him the asking price 3 days to go wow obviously the owners are to blame a carnt see klopp putting up with this much longer
