Thank you for that! Now I can stop electrocuting myself whenever I fix the power outtage. Our home heavily depends on the environment for power and necessary weather for our electricity happens most of the time.
@@Glamourgirldavi one of my rooms did not have any power at all. I changed a frequently used outlet in that room and the power came back to the entire room. Sometimes wiggling plugs in the bad outlets will make the power in that room flicker in and out too.
@@Glamourgirldavi it sounds like the outlet it was plugged originally may be damaged. This is enough to make the power go out in the entire room. Assuming the fuse box was checked I would change or test the outlet.
Ok my living room ceiling fixture doesn't work, Ive put new bulbs in and nothing. I flipped the breaker and it had no effect. So I went and started flipping other breaker's only to find out they aren't working either What do I do?
Hi Sorry to hear you are having power issues. You may want to reach out to your power company to see if there are outages in your area. Otherwise you may need to contact an electrician. Good Luck!
Hi Jon, If the breaker doesn't turn back on after you have moved it to the full off position and then turn it back on, it could be a faulty breaker. You would want to call a licensed electrician to have them look at it for you. I'm sure they would have a fee for the service call so you may want to ask what that is up front. Hope this helps
Hi, Gabriana! Thank you for checking the video out. I would suggest following the same steps to see if you can resolve the issue this way again. Make sure to unplug everything from the outlets before trying this. If the problem persists I would suggest you submit a Maintenance Request with your Property Manager. Or, if you own the home, look into getting an electrician out there to see if you have a faulty breaker that needs to be replaced. Good luck!
Mallard Properties Thank you for the quick response and advice. I will call an electrician because I'm not certain on how electrical wiring works and how to change fuses and such. I had a power outage in 2 bedrooms on the second floor, and after switching the breaker that was tripped, the power outage moved to the 2nd floor hallway and 3 other rooms on the 2nd floor. Meanwhile, the bedrooms I initially had a problem with regained power.
What if there is power to all of the house but one bedroom? All the circuits have been turned off and on but still one room remains without power.
How did u fix it
Thank you right before I went to sleep my power went off in my room and then help me get it back on
Watched 5 videos this is the only one that helped... right to the point too

It worked, thanks.
Partial power can also be caused by a damaged outlet. Sometimes more then one room will lose power because one outlet is damaged.
Thank you for the advice, Wes!
I think that’s the issue I have. What should I do?

What if the don't turn on anymore

Mallard Properties thanks bud!
Mallard Properties turns out it was an out let that burned out. Just replaced it and Wala power restored.
What do you do if the outage moves to another area of the home after switching the breaker?
