That’s a true farmer’s dip stick. A piece of hay.
😄
This family just gets things done so quick and efficcent.
She is a hard working lady. Bless her heart
Back in the 60's and 70's, we did custom baling for various farmers. I can remember pulling into fields like that, and thinking, boy I've got my work cut out for me. I was the one loading the hayracks behind the baler. Sure glad we had a shower in the basement, to shower off at the end of the day.
Hard working family great team work
Your no half getting the silage done....Stay safe and see you on the next one
You are amazing, I wish you success
You have a hard working family Rhonda.
You Always figure out Exactly what everyone needs to do to get the Jobs Accomplished as Efficiently as possible. Explains Why your Family is Successful.

Not a better smell in the world than that of fresh cut hay and the mist of rain clouds in the distance. Well I lied. Second only to the cooking of momma’s pot roast and fresh biscuits or cornbread, LOL! Many great memories rekindled today. Thanks for sharing.

That’s the biggest wagon I’ve ever seen hauling silage. That’s a dry field
Congratulations on the successful chopping and hauling, always good to get those projects done. I enjoyed the video, it's nice to see good honest hard work by good folks. Thanks for sharing, have a great week and blessings to you all too!

Another outstanding job guys 👍!😇!😇!😇!😇!😇!😇!😇!😇!!
Great to see the family working together again in the field, have a great day all 🤗😀🙏🏻.
Great family working together, we call it silage in Ireland, hay is the dried out grass that's baled.
Whwn my father farmed many many years ago, we called the corn that went into the silo & fermented, silage.
good job everyone!
Hi, you call it hay, but here in the Netherlands hay is dry gras, this is more silage I think? That's why you store it under plastic.
Yes, it is silage, but I use the term hay because most people understand what hay is.
Good job again
Hi Ronda, This may seem morbid, but sometimes when I mow field weeds the baby bunnies come out scrambling for their lives. They stumble over the new mowed part barely able to climb over it. So I don't like mowing the really high weeds much. ben/ michigan
Bravo Rhonda Kevin and family blessings
Thanks for sharing, thank you Tim, from RidgeLife for bringing me here.

Helloooo Ronda 👋😊 The pile looks good and I just love the aroma of the Fresh cut hay and Diesel exhaust I’m glad you were able to get everything cut before the rain, but a little rain always help to make things grow You are looking good today. But then again you always look good
I’ll keep my eyes open for your next video as always your friend from Massachusetts 😊👍👌😊
Hi Rhonda. I just received a text from a friend of mine whom I had given a bar of McKenzie’s soap to. As she had a sever problem with her skin. I figured I would share it with you: It healed my skin and I got goats milk soap from the store but they put a lot of chemicals in it and it didn’t have the same effect as that soap you got. Regards Bruce
Mackenzie's nee soap should be ready soon. Thanks for sharing her testimony. I'll pass it on to Mackenzie. 😊
@@acresofclayhomestead Yes please pass it on. My friend has a sever problem with dry skin so bad she gets rashes. I know after I had hand surgery from the accident. My hand was almost the same way because my hand was in a cast for 5 months. After seeing what it did for me. I figured what the heck. I gave her a bar to see what the out come would be.
Good morning was thinking about y'all figured it was about time for you to post one always glad to get to see you 🤠🍀
Good morning from Missouri. I don't know of anyone around here cutting hay yet, we seem to get rain every 2 to 3 days. The corn field across from me is about 6 to 8 inches tall and could really use some heat. You got a lot done in just a short amount of time. With the long days in the field, I would imagine the crock pot is getting a workout. Is Abbey planting a garden this year? I remember Ethan moving dirt for one last year. Have a blessed week and stay safe.
The crockpot gets a workout this time of the year.
Yes, both Abbey and Mackenzie have gardens this year.
Hi Rhonda I Miss You So Much and Great Work
WOW!!!! I COULD SMELL THAT FRESH HAY FROM RETIRED FARMER O'BOY FARMERS DON'T RETIRE🙂😉🤫🤔
Entendí como es el proceso, para tener reserva alimenticia para el ganado, fue un video didáctico muy bien realizado... 👏👌👍Saludos desde Bogotá Colombia
Thanks
😍
hello very humble and beautiful family of tireless American workers, for me you are true legends, congratulations to you all and God bless you always, hello from Maria Rome Italy,💋💋💋💋👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻🤡🤡🤡
I was a follower a while ago but after several attempts to get a rely on how great the video was I got no reply. I am sorry to say I thought it was a race thing, now I know it was not sorry for the mistake. Love you guys channel I am learning a lot. God bless stay strong you and Zander
Sorry that I never replied. I try hard to acknowledge every appropriate comment.
Thanks for watching again!!
😀Cows will lots of feed for another year. Do you know there is forage plantain?
Plantain grows all over here.
I went to church today for my first time since my knee replacement surgery on March 4, 2024. I am a bit late posting today. One of my first times watching your RUclips channel was watching McKenzie get lessons from Ronda driving the big truck. McKenzie was a fast learner. A lot has transpired since that video was made.
I hope your healing is going good.
Nice video, Rhonda. Did you get a new drone? I don't remember seeing drone footage in any of your previous videos. I like a little well done drone footage but some RUclipsrs use too much. Yours in this video was fine.
Enjoyed your video
Thank you!
Covering the bunker is never fun. Good job getting it all in.
Yous are hard workers family work so hard to the end awesome from me
Over here in ATEAROA
So wet around here the people chopping are ripping up the fields. That's the price right now for quality haylage
Yikes!! Hope you get some dry weather soon!
That's different it's red the other one was yellow it looks newer
Hey Rhonda great 👍 video , do you like the Ford Ranger manual truck ?
❤
Hello.
I'm Markku from Finland.
John deere forage machine.👍👍👍
Do you use a preservative?
How much hay came?
drought.?
We don't add anything to help preserve it.
Hey Rhonda. Some farmers bale hay, some cut it for haylage. Do you know why your neighbor cuts it for haylage?
😀🚜👍
Hello Ronda I hope I'm not being silly but dont you ever get green blindness, like snow blindness, coz of all that green grass
No, but it's a great question.
👍 👍 💯
👍
What’s the difference between a hay bine and a swather? I’ve driven a swather years ago and I also worked for Hesston Corp. which made swathers & balers.
Not much different. The names can be used interchangeably.
I’ve never run a haybine…I bet that would be a lot of fun, like a giant lawnmower
So nice to see you and your farm. I worked on my aunt's farm in 1979 and it was a lot of work. Stacking and bails of hay on the wagon and then again in the barn. I like your process a lot better.
Great video but as a fellow dairyfarmer is that little Massey heavy enough for a packing tractor??
Never had any issues using it for pushing/ packing.
I was just curious if it was heavy enough to eliminate spoilage
hows the hay turning out and did ethan get his bumper fixed? the deer need to lookout when seth and mackenzie are driving lol
Yes, Ethan made a new bumper for his truck.
👋🏼😎
Is that a new machine
No
Not much hay getting done in central Wis. Rain keep returning. Bald Eagles are fairly common here now. Population is growing. Watch the chickens🥴
Looks like it could be a rainy week for us. Not good for making dry hay.
Oi tudo bem tudo bom tudo joia beleza
Eu so Brasil vc e E U A...E prazer ter vc ok
How close is your nearest mf dealership great video
45 minute drive
Not bad ours is 3.5 hours
Awesome video Ronda! Yourself and your family are very hard workers. I enjoy watching your videos very much thank you!
I got a question???
Does Ethan’s wife ever help out on the farm ???…. Or does she work???? Or she just not interested…….. just wondering
Ethan's wife works off the farm.
Your rows are not straight
Its hay lol....
Great video Rhonda , Rhonda do you like the Ford Ranger truck manual ?
Hard to multi-task 😄
Nice silage.
Apparently, for the algorithm to count, you need to write 7 words.
🤔🤔
