Trekking to Machu Picchu (WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE!)

When we visited Machu Picchu , it had just recently opened up to the public following a prolonged closure, meaning that we were only amongst a handful of people that got to climb it that day. There were no crowds waiting to get in and we had the place to ourselves, it really was a special day.

A trip on Peru Rail looks like it would be just as amazing as hiking through the mountains. Machu Picchu is a stunning location and way cool to have it all to yourselves👍
