They are safeguarding it as if you can get a fully built awakened out of it, not just a mere copy, and it is old awakened too, that most players either have built or will never build at this point, it is just ridiculous.
You can only get extra copies of Flora and Wu Kong from events, they disappear from the shop after you get them to 5 stars, in order for people to not exploit this exchange feature, I guess.

Lab coins cap is 200k Challenger coins cap is 500k and it always has been
I actually use hero coins for dimensional stones because I missed out on a few collabs
I tried to do the Rickety Cart trick but right after I get a 4-star Ascended and a Elite+ Wu Kong, it suddent got removed on the Labyrinth Shop 😕
