What did you think about this episode? Do you like fresh Vietnamese food? Sorry about the rustle sound! We got new mics and didn't notice one was rubbing against our clothes.
I been chef up Pho at lincoln, within 3 weeks I was bully, beaten, and disrespect to fact I have loose of hearing and been fired because of that, someone can help?
You chose a wrong Vietnamese restaurant to eat. This chain of restaurant is owned by a British couple and all chefs are not Vietnamese. All they do is imitation. Their food nothing is close to authentic but they promote their brand name effectively and good location. They even wanted to monopolize the word "Pho" with pretext that the name "Pho" is registered by them. One Vietnamese restaurant is open with the name "Pho something" and they were asked to change the name because it's illegal. There was quite a debate online for sometime back then and finally the couple dropped the charge. I remember the couple explained their reason was they worked hard for their restaurant name since before them not a single British would know what "Pho" is. I'm Vietnamese myself.
Oh wow, we didn't know this restaurant was so controversial, thanks for sharing! What would be a great Vietnamese restaurant you'd recommend in London?
@@farfromhomeadventures www.timeout.com/london/restaurants/londons-best-vietnamese-restaurants Avoid "Viet Food" the head chef is a British Chinese guy coming from Western Food background. Salvation in Noodles and Ngon are other two that they don't look authentic to me. Top 3 you should go: Mien Tay, Saigon Saigon, Cay Tre. ruclips.net/video/D2-d1fqS9bc/видео.html The little Viet kitchen is real authentic Vietnamese food.
Your comment is slightly disrespectful, Pho is a Vietnamese restaurant inspired by Vietnamese cooking. It doesn't pretend to employ solely Vietnamese born staff nor should it. It puts its history on the website clear as day. Pho is a nice restaurant and serves excellent food, yes it may not have all Vietnamese staff there but employment law doesn't allow you to simply recruit just staff from Vietnam.
