This is from a bird with not perks and isn't starred up...stars make a big difference. So does the gap between your levels

they also have two explosion variations with one being more powerful, also bees have a kamikaze attack too for whatever reason.
If you catch about 200 more and condensed them into the original 4 you'd have a serious weapon

if you drop a pal from the party menu, pick them back up, their cooldowns reset....pal moves as well as pal abilities
I also realize that if you bring your knocked pal you can just go sleep and revive the pal back up
@zuncudo alternatively, Drop the KO'd pal in front of your pal box, withdraw any pal from your box so your team is full again. Then pick up the dropped KO'd pal and they go to the Pal box revived. Easier to do in multiplayer since you don't need everyone to sleep

I remember dying to the tower boss in the desert one time, and immediately upon fast traveling to retrieve my things, 3 of these assholes spawn around the fast travel point and immediately proceed to blow me up in quick succession, thus killing me a second time.
Needless to say, I went a little genocidal after that, but this one will anyways and forever be the only kill-on-sight pal for me.
If you use galeclaw as a glider, you can summon pals like this and foxparks and glide while using their ability. Raining freedom and napalm wherever you glide

Fun fact if your cave diving and find the boss room, you can walk away from it and it will reset what boss is inside, meaning you could use this to get boss versions of your favorite pals

@@Ankerpunk77 don't know I was caving with a friend and we split up to find the boss room. I found it saw the boss was the berrie bush pal walked away to find my friend cam back and it was a direhoul so I'm 80% sure its any cave as long as you get enough distance from the boss room.
yeah i tried to do that to get a bigger digtoise, the bigger variant is really good because it will be able to hit multiple ores from a sizeable range
@@bigtaco7654ah, you mean in the dungeons. He was fighting the broncherry aqua overworld spawn, but yeah in dungeons you can do that. I saw a cryolinx at the end, went back around for more loot, and then when I got back to the boss chamber it had changed to a chillet
You can learn the explosion skill on any pal with fruits 😂

You can just teach him other moves via fruits and then swap out his exploding attack. That way, they have use even if their grenade launcher mode is on cooldown ;)

Okay, you got me there, but I will still be calling it tropical psyduck because it does look a bit like one big eyes, small pupils, explodes when agitated, and has the best move when you can get it to do its job. Met this guy in the first raid when I only started playing the game , 2 of them ran at me with god speed and I didn't know they would go full creeper mode at me so I couldn't react on time. Hated them so much
Theyre just regular bosses. Raid bosses are planned endgame content but arent out yet.
Before i ever saw this bird i found the implode skill fruit and taught it to that plague doctor bird. The one that can teleport to any mob you point at at any distance. So a sneak attack kamakazi now.
I think the Pal AI is broken because whenever I throw out my pals to fight they don't do anything
These guys are quite explosive! You can find them in mass in hot sandy areas like the desert region and mesa.
