This is a bladerunner/cyberpunk type loop it's supposed to loop on itself the repetition is what makes it so good. Just imagine in a dystopian future flying through the night hunting down a fugitive.
Were already in that dystopian future. Most can't afford a good living. Politicians are bought and paid for by greedy corporations. We're living in a ghetto version of cyberpunk, just don't have the cool transhumanism augments. Instead, we have shitty apps and endless scam robo calls that want to talk to you about your extended warranty. We have no vision because everyone is working a soulless dead-end job with shitty exploitative bosses. The only creativity left is how to nickle and dime you through new innovative taxing measures.
