I'm blown away by the prices on this set. The professor cracked a collector box and at the time it was priced over $600. Just insane. Wonder how long it will stay at this level.

Good luck on price dropping. Lots of new collectors that aren’t going to be selling their cards especially after spending 400+ a box. Also surge foils in the last slot are only one a box so they’re probably going to continue to rise in price also. Especially considering there are only a few thousand in supply. Honestly not sure if the price will drop, it might or it might continue to rise. This was also a sterilized run so they can’t just “restock” so there’s also that issue. I was lucky and got my hands on a 6 pack for 1500 from my local game store but that was the whole supply they had minus 2 boxes they used for a draft tournament on release night. Definitely scared to see where the prices go

Yup I was part of the people who pre-ordered 1 collector set for 240$ and the day before release I had 240$ of amazon credit as a refund 😢
